  1. To all those who don't have access to a 3D printer just send me a PM if you would like me to make you a set. I don't have a ton of free time but I'd like to help who I can with getting these wheel covers on your armor bins! I haven't figured out a cost yet but I'm thinking probably $10.00 should cover everything. Also, I forgot to say... Thank you for all of the positive feedback everyone! I really appreciate it!

  4. Good stories never start with good decisions. I am a life-long skateboarder. Once I get my build done, you'll absolutely see a few half-pipe TK photos. What was that about good stories? "Yeah, let me tell you about the time I broke my wrist and shattered my stormtrooper uniform 3 hours after it was completed."

Customize your armor bin by changing the look of the stock wheels to an Imperial Cog. I designed these wheel covers to use on a Husky brand 37 in. toolbox. 12. I agree, I have read a few threads on plot leaks and what could have been sounded a lot more feasible, I'm still hoping we see a directors cut at least it would give the movie a few fill in spots which could help to explain a few things

  14. Just checking in. My kit cleared just before Christmas. Good to know that with a few mods, the Anovos kit is clearable. unfortunately, even with the reinforcing of the yoke, it’s got a couple of cracks on the return edge. I’ll strengthen with plastic, fill and flash over. Apart from that, all good. Now if only Anovos would ship these out to everyone else.

  15. So I have 4 panels to go to complete the skins for this guy. Unfortunately for my patience, to fit my printer I had to cut them in half, thank you microsoft 3D builder, you made that process super simple. If you haven't used it, it's free, if you have windows 10 it should be loaded on your computer and it's as simple as tinkercad. So far, each of those panels will be taking my printer approximately, 1 day, 18hours and 11mins according to Cura.

  16. While all of that was happening my little printer that could continues to churn out panel/skin pieces. I have the front armature pieces printed as well, just need to stop at the Depot to pic up some PVC pipe and nuts and bolts.

  17. Hi Paul and welcome to the FISD! You certainly did not make a mistake by coming here. This is the 501st forum for all things related to stormtroopers. The UKG is your home garrison within the 501st legion. So you will want to be a part of both. You also mentioned a biker scout, well this is the 501st forum relating to scout troopers: forum.501stpathfinders.com/ Take a look around. I think you will find that the big party is here with us shiny white stormtroopers. If you have any questions then don't hesitate to ask.

  22. So funny to see such a cheap painted $25 light go for $3,0000. However.. $25 doesn’t get you the COA. That’s what the $2,975 is for! Lol Sent from my iPhone using The Force

  23. That will be a fun conversation to have with your GML / 501st Approval team. "Yeah, about that armor I got accepted/critiqued in? I don't have it anymore..."

  27. Stunt helmets have 3 screws on the ears and 4 ear bumps, which yours appears to have, Hero have 2 screws and 3 ear bumps There are also the different amount of teeth, Stunt have 8 cut outs, Hero 6. You can compare the differences on this spreadsheet here You may need to do a little bit of work touching up the paint, doesn't quite fit in the recessed areas well, also tube stripes ideally are a pencil width from the cheeks Also trim a little more from around the eyes, be amazed how much extra view you have. Some references ---------- There is also a great Gallery section full of screen references here you may wish to have a look through. With regards to costume approval that goes through your local GML (garrison membership liaison) so you may wish to contact them

  37. If it fits properly, you should be very mobile. I have an old photo if I can find it of us TKs playing a down of football against the TBs at the Rose Parade in 2007.

  38. Mike Great job! You can cut off the big rear tabs on the shoulder bridges if they are too long for you, I did my bridges 2" longer than the original to accomodate larger bodies, the movie original didn't have big tabs on the back. Mark (AP)

  41. There are a few variants for sale across the Internet. There is also a black version which claims to be a Rebel Baton. At the end of the day it's a $25 rechargeable inspection lamp easily obtained from AliExpress.
