  1. We can help with the putting together. The rest is up to you! Lol Seriously though, I made sure we had the money and the use of it wouldn’t totally screw our finances. I estimated $2k for the project and came out under that even with a few mess ups. But I knew if I used all of it I’d still be getting groceries for my family. Then I went on to the fact that it’s a charity thing with the added benefit of a cool Halloween costume (can’t overlook the obvious). She was all for the TK and the TB took some talking into, I’m gonna hold off on a third costume for now. Trooping has been great for my kids, my oldest two both girls 12&10 have costumes themselves and come with me when they can. My son who is 8 wants to, but he’s not quite there yet in terms of maturity. My wife has no desire to do any of this but will come and see me with my son when she can. Just be honest with her and hope for the best. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. I hear AP is having a sale if your still looking for armor. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. First off with posting pics some people use a third party like imgur or tapatalk. I’m sure there are a few more but you get the idea. As for the armor maybe it’s me but I’m confused where you want to trim the arc. At the wrist or elbow? I’ve seen it done at the elbow and I’ve also seen some people leave it uneven. I’m fairly sure if you look you can find examples of both within the original movie. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  6. Welcome aboard. Definitely check the getting started area. Other then that it’s a breeze, you’ll be fine there are tons of people here that can help. As for armor there are a few different makers and ones for traditional size people like in the movies and ones for people taller/heavier. The list of vetted sellers will help and you can’t go wrong with anyone on the list. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  8. October 17, 2019 Montgomeryville PA This was a troop for special needs children and adults that can’t go out on Halloween for various reasons. It’s my second year doing it and it’s always nice to see how happy everyone gets. Real easy troop, the people that host us have a background and they take pics and print them right there for the families. 12. That’s a lot of troopers Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Some makers make kits but at that age it might be a bit big. I’ve also seen some of the 48” first order trooper toys broken open and modified to fit a kid but again that’s a young age. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
