For drilling rivets, grip at the back with pliers, use a sharp drill bit and drill slowly or heat will build up, you only need to go through the top cap of the rivet and the rest should pull out

I wet sand mine with wet and dry sandpaper, adding a little dish washing liquid to the water helps to keep the paper free of clogging. Start off with some 180 grit, then go up in stages, 240, 400, 600, 800, 1200, the finer the paper the less the easier it is to polish, use an automotive cutting compound polish to bring back the shine. Some references

Looking good. Sorry to hear about your shoulder, I've got a ultrasound booked for mine in two weeks so I know your pain

If you can use the "direct link" option or just copy and paste Two things can be done to make the brow sit tighter, you can either pull the front downwards, this will change the angle of the faceplate and should close the gap (but will give you more gap under the brow trim) OR remove the rivets, slot the holes and bring the backplate further backwards. Many of us don't use the rivets, we use bolts and nuts, allows you to move the pieces around until you get them just right. Personally I would do the second option

Your images aren't showing, you may want to try an online image host like Imgur, it's free and many of us use it. A couple of great threads which may be of help

Looking good, definitely a little more trimming between the teeth.

Most accurate, Centurion level, 3D print file(s)?
gmrhodes13 replied to ImperialWalker's topic in ANH (Stunt and Hero)
If we are talking about OTTK I don't recall seeing anyone with a 3D printed suit so definitely none at centurion level. I have seen a FOTK which was 3D printed and approved, I don't think they sought higher approval, these weren't files for the public to buy the suit was purchased already printed. I will just mention that in an ABS plastic costume you can move around quite a bit and some pieces will bend but they do relax back to their natural shape but with 3D prints you may find areas will crack. Just look at Han's chest -
Not a requirement just more eagle eyes, it is just more screen accurate to have no weathering on the handle/grip and T-tracks, it may be added as a suggestion by the DO's. Remember my comments are suggestions and the only ones to worry about are those that come from the Deployment Officers, like adding your EIB app link

Awesome, now try sitting

Nice work trooper, a couple of suggestions before the DO's get here: Just watch the positioning between your armor pieces, you can see you have a different gap at the wrists, you may want to twist your feet inwards too so your coverstrips align with the thighs Could you also post a photo of your TD, the clips and screws, also check the gap between the end caps and panel, looks a little narrow, should be @ 1/2" Looks like you may have some weathering on your handle/grip, these where plastic (as are the T-tracks) so would not be weathered You could add some more white to the rims of you hovi tips. Vocoder paint is a little wide on the lower sides The black lines around your ears bumps are a little angular on the corners On the back your shoulder straps appear to be a different heights. You do have a small gap between the kidney and butt plate and there is some white showing in the gap, I think it's velcro, perhaps try some black Could you also post a close up of your side ab/kidney rivets Good luck with your application

Unfortunately there was very little screen reference material and although a rough idea of how they look was added an actual make was not found. This was the only clear shot I could find

Great work on the updates and for sticking this out, looking forward to seeing the new application for EIB, good luck
