Nice work on all the updates, just a suggestion before the DO's get here: Appears your butt plate may be getting pushed backwards and overlapping the kidney, could be loose strapping? I would also reduce the gap at your elbows by bringing the forearms upwards, will give you some room at your wrists

Yoke is one of the areas which take a lot of strain, Tony @ukswrath has a nice kit for strengthening that area https://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/44120-fs-ukswraths-fotk-shoulder-bell-and-yoke-brackets/ I've noticed having a look over a few of Jim's kits that they do suffer from cracking in quite a few areas appears it's a downfall of the flexible fiberglass, pieces can be quite soft and if you leave them on their sides they can oval over time just from the weight.

Using double elastic can help, there are also thicker elastics available which are also a lot stronger.

Nice work trooper, a couple of suggestions before the DO's get here: You could drop your TD down a little more on the belt Belt is drooping quite a bit at the back, it could be lifted a little to follow the angle of the plastic belt section You could remove the curved section from the sniper plate TD screws could be closer to the end of the brackets Belt corners should meet the width of the belt: The corners of the plastic ammo belt shall be trimmed at a 45 degree angle that meets the outer edge of the cloth belt. Can't quite make out your ab/kidney rivets could you post a close up image of them please Good luck with approval

It should do but it does mean you have pressure on the ears when you are checking when sanding/trimming, I normally use magnets to keep the sides pressed together tight, just makes trimming the ears a little easier. Doing a little extra work now will make you happier in the end

It does look like the faceplate wants to come further forward, you do have a gap between it and the brow trim. There is no reason you can't add extra srews/bolts to any areas that aren't sitting flush, as long as they are in areas the ear will cover

If you can post some pictures we may be able to give you some suggestions
