Looking ok for basic, you cold move your arms upwards a little, forearms are touching your handplates, also even the gaps at the elbows on both sides. For higher levels you could reduce the gap between shoulders and shoulder straps. Good luck with approval

A great resources thread which may be of help Many of us make adjustments to our costumes so we can receive approval in different versions, there's not a lot of differences with some of the costumes only a few replaced pieces, in the case of HWT it's some weathering, pouches, pauldrons and of course a pack, most make theirs from scratch, some great builds here. https://www.whitearmor.net/forum/forum/86-hwt-build-threads/ Here is my recently L3 approved pack for reference. You may notice when comparing to others that a few pieces on mine are a little different in size to the CRL images, I went more off the game references rather than the general look of others approved packs. There is some leeway when it comes to making the packs, general reference guide is here.

Grip the back of the rivet tightly with pliers before drilling. Use a very sharp drill bit on slow speed. You are only trying to remove the top of the rivet not drill right through as the rest will pull out once the top is gone.

Nice work a couple of things you may want to address. Just touch up some of the missing tube stripe (4th from front). Also bottom black line of the cheek trap is a little thin. Vocoder is not very sharp on the hump details, some references Just around the ear bumps is a little rounded, you could square up those lines a little. Bottom right corner of cheek trap the black line is a little too thick

It's just a personal thing, I have skinny arms so the extra return edge helps to fill those gaps, either way will not go against you at higher level clearance.

When reviewing references especially for higher level clearance the overall appearance of costumes is used, for instance we don't allow Mr No Stripes even though he is seen in ANH. With a lot of reference on Star Wars helmets they are of older helmets in poor condition and brow trims may have shrunk over time. Most of the ESB helmets are reused ANH so the majority would have the trim stopping closer to the ear / trap angle and as I said the trim may have shrunk over time, there are not many examples of the short trim in ANH It would really be up to the DO's for higher level clearance but personally I would try to stick with their references. "Too much you" that's gold With standard OTTK's of larger size many add some extra material, in this case you would have to add it to both sides so you keep the raised areas central. Here's a few OTTK thigh expansion threads which may help
