You might want to look into EL panels. This will look amazing if you can pull it off!

Armor maker doesn't matter, construction method does... though the closer the match the better obviously. You should be fine.

Weird...

Those look like some weird hybrid of classic TK (Chelsea style) and First Order TK boots. While they would probably be accepted for basic approval I do not think they’d work for Expert Infantry for either TK. I don't usually recommend this, but honestly, if all you are aiming for is a pair of boots for basic approval ASAP (this won't be accepted at EI or above either), save yourself $30 and get these: https://www.amazon.com/Funtasma-Mens-Trooper-12-Combat-Boot/dp/B00NXY3HTG (And use that $30 towards a better, more accurate pair from Imperial Boots.)

Different # of stripes per side is not only acceptable, it’s screen accurate(TM).

Believe the film blasters are cast rubber grips, you could probably print some out of ninjaflex or similar.

In that case, try and reverse engineer them, more practice.

Looks much better, right bicep could probably come down a few more mm, but not worth taking new photos for, just a note for future suit-ups.

I had "sweeping gaps" in a few spots and it still turned out fine.

I added a second connection point to the inside of my armor on the right side, the belt does the rest of the work.

So if my status is still (Pending) am I out of luck?

You're basically the ideal height/size for TK armor, I'd imagine it should be smooth sailing.
