  1. Think you meant to say amore
  2. Hope this can be addressed in the next 4 days, as it is I can't vote. I am sure others are in the same boat.
  3. Seems like things were broken for an hour or two, I can get in and post just fine now. The "New Posts" button seems broken though, according to that nothing new has been posted in over 8 hours which is clearly not the case.
  4. Nice. KB/Anovos/Jimmi/other?
  5. Super clean, great work.
  6. If you post pictures of your bucket disassembled we may be able to help further, there isn't much you can't fix with some TLC (and maybe a little ABS paste).
  7. Well the only way to get the Anovos gaskets is to order the kits, the only things they have otherwise are the gunner vest (sold out), the pauldrons (sold out), or the neck seals (shipping now). FWIW.
  8. FISD should be "the" place for HWT discussion, is there anything in particular you are looking for on Facebook?
  9. That is why I was thinking: - FISD Patch (official, shield w/ ANH logo version), always available - Red version, FOTK, (red FOTK?) available 'sometimes' - Special patch runs (round logo, Phasma, ROTJ, etc.) as limited runs Something along those lines.
  10. I recall reading somewhere they've changed the gaskets from the alpha/beta kits. I guess we'll find out soon enough when Anovos starts delivering our orders. I'll get a cloth set either way for summertime trooping.
  11. Yeah, I picked up the ATI stock versus printing one that would technically be more film accurate as I wanted the adjustment/buffer tube assembly functional. I have the standard blaster, the scale looks 'good enough' but is probably wrong. I might print the heavy at some point, as the stock was an afterthought, but the thought of more sanding and bondo makes me want to wait awhile...
  12. Nice, mine is boring state-issued random numbers.
  13. I sure wish I’d seen that before I built mine, snazzy. Have you considered magnetic ‘snaps’ for the belt? I chew my fingers up all the time getting mine on, seems like another area where magnets would be preferable.
  14. The good news is TLJ will be available in 4K, lots of hi-res screengrab goodness.
  15. I had an idea of doing a patch series that wasn’t the logobut was the same basic design, but with each of the different costumes of FISD (ANH, ESB, HWT, TFA FOTK, etcetera).
  16. I have been working on and off on a version of the FISD logo with a FOTK, we could do a merch run with that at some point?
  17. After many, many, many months of waiting for my standard line Anovos FOTK kit I finally got the long-awaited shipping email a few days ago. Looks like it should be here sometime between March 20th and September 21st. I will, once again, be building with Centurion in mind. I have been steadily working on procuring all of the needed accessories, soft goods, supplies, etcetera so this couldn’t come at a better time. The Shopping List (italicized items are things I still need to buy): Armor - Anovos standard line FOTK kit (due sometime before Sept. 2018, hopefully) Neckseal - Anovos Premier Neck Seal Undersuit - Stormtrooper Undersuit (Xtreme Racing) First Order Undersuit (in transit) Balaclava - cheapo Amazon balaclava Blaster - Self-printed (Germain/T5H files) - build thread Blaster Electronics - working on it! Gloves/Boots - Imperial Boots, Trooper7 (I had originally picked up a pair of boots/gloves last year but hilariously misjudged sizing so those have long been sold) Pauldron - ImperialGaskets (White, on waiting list) Misc. Accessories - R2Dan metal holster, ATI tactical stock (modified), Ukswrath pill box fabric/gaffers tap, VaderPainterStudios Aluminum Aerator upgrade kit Tools & Supplies - Cordless Dremel, Velcro/nylon/elastic/sandpaper/etc., Tandy/Fasnap Stainless Steel line 24 snaps, paint (as needed) My plan of action now until BBB day is to finish up my blaster build (electronics and painting), pick up the remaining items on my list, and maybe get a few “nice to have” pieces like the aluminum aerator upgrade or a heavy gunner vest (crossing my fingers on Anovos getting more in stock!). Thankfully I still have a bunch of elastic, nylon, ABS sheets and velcro left over from my ANH build so I am sure I will use the rest of it up for this one. Stay tuned!
  18. Awesome, take it slow, measure twice cut once and enjoy!
  19. Keep in mind E6000 is rubberized, it should give you enough flex by itself.
  20. Since the TKC is based on a low-res video game sprite, and the CRL does not specify, I would imagine you are free to use what is available to you, as long as they are rovets and painted white. The film suits used split and cap rivets, although that doesn’t technically apply it may aid your decision. @Daetrin May have more insight.
  21. More time to work on the helmet today - first thing I did was use a heat gun and a pointy-metal-thing/spare carpet spike from my speaker to enlarge the holes in the ears so the screws would sit flush when countersunk completely (the original Anovos screws were pan head): I also picked up some cap nuts to completely eliminate any risk of exposed threads scratching up my face. I then cut down the frown mesh, and cut up some craft foam so I could go with a sleeker install: Lastly I re-assembled the helmet - still need to get the visor/lenses installed as well as the new helmet padding and fans:
  22. I know how it feels!
  23. Anovos sells an 11-ribbed one for $60, there are a handful of people here that sell ‘em too. The undersuit from stormtrooperundersuit.com is the only screen-accurate one AFAIK, so if you have Centurion in your sights keep that in mind. I’ve seen several people comment that the shiny part wears fast.
  24. ROTJ Centurion, a very select club. Congratulations trooper.
