    Usually a CRL will be written after an application for a new character has been approved by the LMO. You could contact your Garrison's GML and have him contact the LMO and enquire.

    You could also paint the inside of the helmet black, would give a darker appearance and not reflect the light as much.

    Nice work, you maybe could have made the gaskets a little larger and inserted some foam in them, would fill up the gaps in the armor pieces better.
