  1. Congratulations trooper and welcome to the EI ranks
  2. Watching a review of Galaxy's Edge merch yesterday and these ID cards are available at Galaxy's Edge, wasn't a one off so they all may have the same id number
  3. Congratulations and welcome to the ranks. Just a minor fit issue, I would try to bring your shoulder bells in a little more to reduce the black seen there.
  4. Congratulations trooper and welcome to the ranks, you can request higher access here
  5. Some use the same grey as the helmet and ab buttons, I couldn't find a spray can color close so I use a grey primer then once dry coat with a gloss clear. There isn't a specified colour so long as it's a light/med grey you should be fine.
  6. Looking good
  7. Nice work on the holster straps, just a couple of minor things: TD clips should be straight on the TD side, yours appear to be curved, the TD screws also need to be black. Drop boxes should align with the end of the front plastic belt. I would advise doing away with the vecro and use elastic, it allows some give otherwise they can get stuck with movement.
  8. ATA supplies 2 sets of ears because they can be tricky to trim for the first timers
  9. Nothing better than BBB's
  10. You are correct on the teeth, I did convert a Stunt to Hero but does require some heat. https://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/23694-hero-bucket-build/?tab=comments#comment-298339 Also just a tip but adding the tube stripes make sure you have them facing the correct way and angle, should also be a pencil width from the cheek Good luck with the build, looking forward to the progress
  11. You can also try stuffing with bunched up wet newspaper an leave to dry, an oldie but a goodie. https://www.wikihow.com/Stretch-New-Shoes
  12. You can also just use the abs hand plates and glue a loop of elastic to them, then the just slip on over your gloves, but this is for basic approval. I prefer rubber gloves with the thin liner gloves inside, really handy for hot troops, can swap out the liner gloves a few times throughout the event and have nice dry hands. Rubber gloves also fill up an openings in the front of your forearms
  13. There are some differences to a standard TK but you can transform one and swap out a few pieces, I would suggest looking though some of the build threads and also compare the CRL's http://databank.501st.com/databank/Costuming:FISD_CRL
  14. Hello and welcome aboard, you will find lots of great ATA builds to follow, good luck and don't be afraid to ask questions, there are no silly questions just silly mistakes
  15. I attached my cod to the front of the ab, it allows a bit of movement and also won't get scratched from the bottom of the ab rubbing. Looking good.
  16. Could be Cardinal: Bruges Rocket Red (E9)
  17. I don't think you would need to cut the ridge section off, I'd just trim both sides then glue a cover strip over the top, be barely noticeable that one sides ridge is a little deeper than the other side
  18. Delilah S. Dawson says what to expect from her Black Spire novel, lean more about Galaxy's Edge: Black Sprire and there's mention of Captain Cardinal, should keep some people happy, will he indeed be seen in EPIX?
  19. Good you checked, so many miss the fall of the tube stripes being greater at the top front A in your pics
  20. Your question was "Do Any Garrisons approve any alternate types of troopers? What I mean is I created a trooper character based on the Thermal Exhaust maintenance port." Now to attend events unofficially that's entirely up to your garrison command staff and depends at which events BUT you won't be able join as a member of that garrison or the 501st legion unless you have an approved costume
