Just wondering which side (in or outside of the leg) gets the cover strip on the shins. I think I saw one tutorial where the cover strip was glued to the inside half of the closure. Is this correct?

Keep seeing different pictures and opinions on how they back and chest are attached via the shoulder bridge things. Just wanted some input on how to attach them. Do I glue them both to the front and snap them to the back? Is one shoulder bridge permanently affixed to the chest and back and only one comes off? Any input pictures would be greatly appreciated!!
