  1. Happy birthday fellow Trooper.
  2. I have a fairly big head what with all my hair and stuff and I have an SDS/???/frankenstein helmet.
  3. Congratulaions. Great feeling ins't it?
  4. I wish it was me. That car is sweet. I just drive a crappy peugeot 206. That rubies suit makes me feel rather unwell. It's horrible.
  5. Score and snap. Measure twice, cut once. Tape up using masking tape and mark with a pencil. Make it a little bigger than the line and sand down to it. Remember; it's easier to take something off than to add something to it. Only power tool I used was a drill. No need to use a dremel or sander or anything like that. Oh, if you want more confirmation then I'd advise you post a picture so someone can advise you better and maybe show you visualy. Honestly, it's not as hard as you'd think - it's just daunting at first. Once you get going, you'll wonder what all the fuss was about.
  6. Congrats on the 1,000 post milestone.
  7. He has to wear a rubies set of armour and profess "This is the greatest armour of ALL armour. There is none better!"
  8. Size matters not..Judge me by my size do you?............Sorry. You are slim so those kits should be good for you. Any kit you get will require some level of trimming. I'm 5 foot 10 and 145lbs and I had to trim my 'mystery kit' to fit me.
  9. The doopydoos kits are good. It all depends on your budget. Doopydoos are pretty good value.
  10. An old school, light up calculator?
  11. Looks awesome, buddy. Really nice build. One thing you might want to do is lower the biceps a tad to not show as much black between the biceps and forearms. Totaly up to you of course. It's all personal preference.
  12. I got my hasbro conversion kit off them and got it back in a few days. I can vouch for the guy.
  13. That steampunk lid is cool. Least said about the Vader one the better
  14. Happy birthday, sir.
  15. Looks really nice. Should get an easy pass.
  16. No problem. Ok on your photo on photobucket you have three links. You want the one at the bottom. It'll flash yellow and have 'copying'. If you come back here and post and right click and 'paste' and it'll come up something like this www.photobucket.com/name/name.jpg Hope this helps.
  17. I used the little spike thingy with the..err.. little metal bowly thing (I can't remember the proper names, sorry) Just hammer the crap out of it untill it's completely flat. Give the thing (Elastic, webbing, plate whatever) a shake and if it sounds like a cats collar bell, then it's probably not all the way down. It's not gonna be because there's stress on it. I have 1 snap on a piece of elastic holding up my thigh armour. No problems.
  18. Yeah it's the same outfit but with the Jedi hooded robe removed.
  19. Is it easy to get the snap to connect and pull apart? Maybe you haven't flattened the metal center enough and it's not getting closed properly.
  20. Awesome stuff. Can't say I'm a fan of this type of music, but I am a fan of the hot girl at the start in her underwear.
  21. I don't have the bubble lenses in my bucket, by John Danter makes a 'flat' bubble lense that might be better for you.
  22. Awesome mask and body. If I was taller, I'd get myself a pred cossie, but I'm only about 5 foot 10.
  23. If Lucas hadn't utterly destroyed Bobba Fett with that redicilous nonsence in episodes 2 and 3 I'd be itching for this to come out, Now I really don't care so much. If it was the original Bulloch Fett then I'd love to see it.
  24. I'm begining to wonder if I'll ever get mine
  25. Oh it's certainly not hard, but some people, myself included, are a bit wary at first. It is just a case of cutting, scoring and snapping and sanding. Well once you get your suit and you begin the fitting process, you'll have all the help you could need here.
