OK I'll make the changes to the font. Where do I get the font? Or do you mean something else? I'll move the www.whitearmor.net to the sleeve and change the First Imperial Stormtrooper Detachment font to something more clear and put less of an angle on it so it's more equal in size from the front to the back. The reason I used grey tones is because I figured it'd look better in just 2 basic colours. Trooper armour is basicaly black and white anyway, but I could add some colour to the lettering if needed. I'm not sure I'll get it done fully tonight, but I'll definately have it done tomorrow after work.

Ok I'll make the changes. Which font would you prefer? Is that a change of ALL fonts or just a few.

Well you could leave enough room to slide the forearms over the glves, but you might find the armour is a bit loose and your forearms will look a bit big. I put the gloves on after I've put the forearms on. They'll fit and just poke the back of the gloves in the gap.

Yeah I know what you mean. It's hard to take a knee in TK armour. If nobody here has what I'm looking for I'll try and take one of myself in the next few days. Just so nobody is confused, It's just ONE knee, not kneeling down like you're about to scrub the floor, just one knee like you're proposing marrage to someone - except I don't want you to look like you're offering a ring, I just mean take one knee.

OK guys I have an idea for a photoshop I want to do for fun, but I don't have the right trooper pose. Has anyone here got a picture of themselves suited up in a pose kneeling down facing either to the left or right or even foward. Gun can either be aimed or not. Doesn't really matter. If you can help and do have a pic, post here or a link to a good sized version. Something like 1000 X 1000 or so. Would really apreciate it if you do. Once I'm finished with the photoshop you are more than welcome to have a copy.

Thanks for the possitive feedback, much areciated. Yeah I had fun doing this project. Not much else I could do with it I don't think. I think I need to take more stock pictures for future projects as google doesn't always have what I need. If anyone else wants something done, feel free to ask.

Just thought I'd offer my services for your photoshop needs. I'm not the greatest, but I'm trying to improve my knowledge. If you want anything done, get in touch and I'll see what I can do. Either post here or PM me with what you want done and we can go from there. I can give examples of my work if need be. I've only done a few quick shops recently - apart from the 'Empire want's you' poster.

Do we really need to be alienating more people? This is supposed to be a hobby afterall. Suerly the more people we can get in the 501st the better. More people to do troops means we'll be getting more money for charity. Isn't that the most important part? I'm not saying for a moment we shouldn't have standards, but how far do these 'base' standards need to go? I think the way things are at the moment are the way they should be. Also you might say that a pipe build is easy, but as easy as it seems to you may seem an impossible task to someone else.

Very nice suit you have there. Looks great. You probably know this already, but your hovi mic tips are missing the mesh.

Well the FX armour or armour cast from that kit is gonna be bigger than other armour. ATA will fit you but you'll have to trim regardless. I'm about 5" 10 - 5" 11 and around 140lbs so you can get a kit to fit you. You'll just need to trim it is all. Oh an FYI. I'm not assosiated with the makers of ATA. I'm sure there are other great kits out there, it's just the one that springs to mind.

Stunts tend to be flat and hero has a sort of higher part at the back that slopes down. I don't have pics to illustrate, but there ARE pics on the forums somewhere.

Yeah I came across that site a while ago. What I might do is print out a backing card and carefuly remove the donor stormtrooper, get the head off by running it under a hot tap and stick on my head, then place the figure back in the plastic bubble front and glue it back, then I'll have a carded figure of myself. Just gotta find one of those star wars legend figures with the removeable helmet.

A figure of yourself you say? ------------ Then get one of those Star Wars figures that you can take the helmet off. Take the head off that and stick on yours! I am SO gonna get this done once I manage to get a nice set of pics done.

That is beautiful. IF that's the level of awesomeness I need to achieve to get EIB, I think it'll take me a little while longer.

I'm still not entierly sure what you even want. Do you want flat green lenses or black bubble lenses? Where in the world are you? There's lens sellers in the UK and the USA.
