In case some were wondering, we have had a few recently achieve Centurion but these members have already reached Centurion rank with other armour so although approved for their latest costume, they dont add to this tally, hence why the number doesn't drop. First time centurions are what bring the number down, so get involved and step up today

Look what just arrived in the mail today...my 3D printed Blaster finally arrived. I'm going to sand the parts to remove the print lines, and so that the paint adheres better. For the difficult to reach areas, I'll coat those with a filler and then sand smooth.

You're right. I didn't notice this. I'll go up a bit higher with some E6000. Just took care of it. Glued, clamped for overnight cure.

I don’t think we’ll ever get full armor from hasbro. We of all people know how much mods and adjustments even a fully assembled armor kit needs to fit comfortably. There’s no way hasbro would take a risk a making something that prone to complaints from the general public. Although it does make me curious about how they would price it if they did

Looks identical to the Captain Cardinal. If any of y’all have seen my conversion thread on the BS FO helmets yet I’d recommend checking it out, especially if you want to use the bucket in the legion

More progress! I finished up the TD and I'm happy with the results. Then back to the helmet. I originally had no intention of painting the inside of the helmet black. But it really grew on me seeing pics of others done this way. So I decided to do it. And again, happy with the results. I used the garbage bag method and lots of tape around the eyes and teeth. I used a white primer first, followed by black truck bed coating. Then let it set for 4 days. I used Gorilla double sided tape for the frown mesh I bought from TrooperBay. Before putting it back together, I took the opportunity to add the tube stipe decals. I feel like the helmet is almost there! So next step is to paint the ears...

It seems a little early to start a build thread since my armor is still a few weeks out but that doesn't mean things haven't been happening. Besides, starting early will make sure I can figure out how to add pictures and understand the formatting for when everything does get here. The BBB may be a few weeks off but today was officially LBB&E day. As in Little Brown Box and Envelope day. I've actually been ordering supplies for the last 2 weeks and organizing it in a work space. I have a completely empty bedroom I am using for the build so I never have to worry about putting things away and getting them back out again. Hopefully this will make things go easier. I also got my iComm kit and fan cooling kit in! Thank you Ukswrath!

Its all coming together. My new boots just came today also. One thing I learned you can never have enough snaps. Also rubber block for setting them was great addition for me.

Well, I would like to see how far this kit can take me. Getting ready for EIB. I just need to touch up my RS blaster, it's been dinged up a bit while trooping with it for the past couple of years. Just need to paint the grip gloss black and other parts with flat black and then I can submit. All of you who have guided me are awesome.

Nice work, coming along well. Just with the ear screws, you can use a larger drill bit by hand and countersink the hole so they sit down a little

And here is the complete setup. Straight away after taking these pictures, I could see a few adjustments that need to be fixed. 1. The left forearm is slightly higher up compared to the right forearm, it has to be lowered. 2. The left thigh had twisted too far, I only need to twist it back into the correct position. Apart from that, do you see any other tweaks and fixes that might be required?

Thanks! I do plan on weathering it. I did the bolt and the spring since they were easier while it was in pieces.
