  1. All of us were in your feet one day. Take your time, one tip, what I did was to watch, once and again, some video tutorials on YouTube. That helped me to have and idea of how to do things. When you have started and have a doubt, stop, review, ask before any cut, you will do it mate!!
  2. Hi Steven, Most of the screen seen Stormtroopers had this section of the shoulder bridge removed, so we strongly suggest to trim off or half that section for higher levels. As Arthur mentioned before, also "That depends on how "far" the piece reaches down the back plate", the ends of the bridges should ride much higher above the O II plate below them. Reference images Note that we are talking only in the back section. To the front , the tab is totally accurate . Hope this can help you.
  3. Congratulations Trooper, Welcome back !!!
  4. Great News Sam, congratulations !! looking forward for your advances . Remember "Measure twice or more, cut and glue just once" post tons of photos ,we are here to help.
  5. Hi Tina, I will be making your review . You have made a great work with the EIB fixed requested and your armor looks awesome, only a few quick fixes are needed before we can add the Centurion Badge under your name: Looking closely to your helmet's vocoder , it looks like there are like "pencil marks" around the top bumps , we are requesting to clean up this area . Personally I would suggest to take the next step for a better look and reshape a little the vocoder’s details. but this is only a suggestion. References Next we have the Ab buttons panel , the large one needs to be trimmed a little . The sides should not extend over the raised ridges, but should sit inside them and have no rounded corners. Also we need you to clean up a little the buttons paint so it doesn't extend beyond the raised edges. CRL: Ab button paint shall not extend beyond the bottom of the actual raised button Reference You have a shiny white armor, but the guards are way too weathered. The painting session will need to include a new coat of white paint for them References Finally. You may also want to glue some scraps of ABS behind the gaps in the back lower ridges of the thighs or fill them with ABS paste. References We are confident that you can address the requested fixes. Your Centurion Badge is waiting for you Tina.

  7. Hi Ken, Thank you for your EIB app. I have added it to the processing line. One of us will be with you shortly. Meanwhile, could you please add the following photos? 1. Close photo of your sniper knee both sides and front Crl: Sniper knee plate must be aligned with the ridges on the shin. Sniper knee plate must not have visible rivets or fasteners attaching it to the shin. 2. Close photo of your thigh ammo belt both sides outside and both sides inside to see the rivet type. Crl: Thigh ammo belt is attached to thigh with a solid head rivet, painted white, in the upper corner and fastened to the lower thigh ridge. The rivets used shall be single cap, double cap or split rivets. No pop rivets allowed. Rivet should be approximately 5/16" (8mm) in diameter (exterior). Thanks

  21. Hi KC , and thank you for your Centurion application! CRL and Centurion Application Requirements: All required photos have been submitted, and on behalf of the entire D.O. staff we are pleased to welcome you to the rank of CENTURION. Congratulations! You did a great wok with the requested fixes, well done !! Other-Armor Fit/Assembly; In this area we review observations made by your fellow troopers and the DO team. Some observations may lead to suggestions to improve the overall look of your armour. Note that we consider both text (CRL) and pictures (screen caps/reference images) when reviewing submissions. This is a very common issue, your butt plate appears to be pushed back and overlapping the kidney plate letting a gap between the but plate and thighs. Reference Images A suggested solution is to add a couple os plastic pieces , as you can see bellow. it works great. Another just dressing detail to consider every time you put on your armor and is a black strap section that is showing up at your right side. We noticed that your thighs are riding a bit high and this could make you have some "armor bite" or difficulties when walking. You can check your straps and lower then a bit when dressing. Reference Images And that's all Trooper!! Welcome to Centurion 500 !!
