  1. Clean looking build, I would recommend shortening your shoulder straps a bit so they don't bunch up when your arms are at rest. Make sure you show the white elastic straps for the back of your shoulder straps, You may also want to think about trimming / shorting your thighs a bit as well. While they shouldn't hold you back they look as if might give you a bit of armor bite when trooping for a longer periods. Best of luck trooper!!
  2. Hi Jeff, I think your referring to what armor is closest to screen accurate? If thats the case then start with this page here and after that I would direct my attention to this page that explains about taking any armor to that next level with EIB or our highest level Centurion. Any kit thats discussed on out getting started page that I linked above with proper fit & built to Centurion standard will get you as close to screen accurate as possible. As far as what armor to avoid, well we cover that pretty good as well on this page also. Hope that helps, any other questions feel free to ask.
  3. Nice, only thing I would do is see if you can get in the corners and square the edges a bit.
  4. Congrats & Welcome to the ranks!! Now go out and do what we do best Troop!!!
  5. Great Work TK now go out and do what we do best.....Troop!!

  8. Great post & now you get to do what we do best and that is to get out there and Troop!!!!!! Congrats and Welcome!
  9. Great looking build, just a few minor adjustments & we'll be looking for your EIB request!!
  10. Besides the obvious issues with the helmet it looks as though the armor was trimmed to much and would make it hard to fit anyone unless its a petite person. They'll also need to replace the knee ammo pack, and belt section as to much was trimmed to make it usable. If they haven't purchased it yet I'd advise them to stay far away.
  11. Ive been Trooping in one of Walts kits for a year and have had zero issues! Quality kit from a standup guy thats understands customer service. I wouldn't hesitate telling someone to contact Walt or anyone of his crew for a kit.
  12. Merry Christmas to all and here’s to a Healthy and Happy New Year!

  16. From mine to yours Wishing everyone who celebrates it a Happy Thanksgiving
  17. Your off to a great start and like others have said no worries on how long its taken the only deadline you have is the one you've place on it. Keep doing exactly what your doing measuring 3 to 4 times then make sure your safe to cut then measure once more then take a deep breath & cut!! As far as them being a bit annoying to put together try gluing the inner cover strip to one half to create a shelf for the opposite half to rest on.
  18. Congratulations & great job Trooper welcome to the ranks!
  19. Voted!! Didn't make it easy on us thats for sure, Well done Troopers.
  20. I'd take one with any of the designs submitted!
  21. Looks great, the only things I would try to do is get the left shoulder in a little bit more so it touches the shoulder strapping like the right one does, that could just be a adjustment for photos because it looks fine in the photos from the back and the left drop box can come up a bit as well. Also your going to have to add more paint to the frown. Take a look at the reference photos and you'll see what I mean.
  22. Congrats & Welcome to the Legion Trooper!!
