Sensational, thank you for sharing Chris.

Same principle process used on First Order TFA armour construction, so a clear continuation of an effective and basic strapping system. Upper Bicep Inside TFA Shoulder Bell

A little extra for your reference.

Short answer currently is if there are visible differences to the standard and commonly seen on screen costume that don't match the CRL, then no it may not pass basic approval. Whats important to a GML is that they can follow a CRL and you look like the language and pictures supplied in that CRL. Some GML's may allow things others won't so you would need to speak to your local GML to see their thoughts on it. As to lvl 2, again if the CRL doesn't cater for it, then again it won't pass. Kind of like anomalies in ANH with gaffer tape , cracks, Mr no stripes, these aren't approvable and my guess is the MKII was looked at in the same fashion. A one off on screen and used as promo rather than consistently on screen.

Hmm, do I need one of these!

The big issue with humidity is the fact your body struggles to regulate your own temperature. If you cant evaporate which is how the human body decreases it temp, you hit the wall a lot quicker and can also suffer heat stroke because of it. Hydration and cooling both very important. The other thing you cant beat is a vigilant handler, or wrangler. The experienced will always check in on all troopers in their care on a stand at a con etc. They also always have water on hand. If you are new to the hobby and just building your first costume, make sure you pair up with an experienced member to see what we do and how important it is to check in frequently with those in costumes. You are our eyes, ears and carer while we are in costume doing our thing. If someone has been out for a long period and says they are fine when you do ask, get them a water anyway or have it on hand and suggest they take a break. Great post Joseph and a good reminder for those where the weather is starting to warm up. Apparently its supposed to be cooling down here in Australia but still got 30degree centigrade + days happening lol.

I would like to thank all the staff involved in assisting in getting this CRL to completion in a timely manner. Also many thanks to the member who was adamant this should be the newest CRL for FISD. The LMO's agree, he was onto something. This is the perfect costume for my fellow Aussies as well. I'm sure we have loads of members who can not wait for summer to start building this new costume and joining our ranks. Awesome work team and to the the Orange County Squad, who share a very similar climate to me. This is a personal favorite.

I haven't seen one in our archives, most of the information Glen went through when we basically lost the old EI gallery and he spent a very long time creating the new one we use today. Old was lost due to forum upgrades. As you know Glen is pretty darn thorough when he does something, and he found discrepancies building the new which we adjusted appropriately. Are you volunteering to build an Excel doc for us

Your Garrison GML is the one responsible for your basic 501st level approval. Is this a pre built kit? if so try it on and get some photos taken and post in our Pre approval section so we can have a look and inform you of any adjustments you may need to make before presenting to your GML. https://www.whitearmor.net/forum/forum/191-tk-pre-approvals/

TK-66124 Requesting ANH (Stunt) EIB Status [RS] (1059)

Congratulations and welcome to Exert Infantry rank -
Just make sure when taking the photos for CRL images that the coloured backdrops don't change the colour of the pieces visa reflection. need to try and keep them looking as gold as possible so the dark background might be better for that. Experiment perhaps and post some comparison shots of say the cod with the blue and the red for the images we intend to use for the CRL. This is looking beautiful Dino, beautiful!!

While Novus is great and specially designed for plastics, general car polishes work too. I can't see why headlight polish would be any different considering modern vehicle lights are all plastic these days. Like any compound I would always test it in an inconspicuous area first like inside your chest plate to see how well it shines it up.

Nice trimming work Kyle, getting closer and closer to the finish line.
