  1. Must have saved in my cache, just checked again and FOTK is default, I'll delete that step. No real issue just means A.C. will have to check the costume list of members which he would already been doing
  2. Hello and welcome to the forum trooper, please standby and A.C. will be along in due course to update your access We have a trooping award system that may interest you, awards are issues at certain totals, information here Once you reach a total copy and paste a link to your troop log here Looking forward to seeing you trooping
  3. Hopefully someone wiser than I will be able to answer

  6. I've used similar but only 3000mAh, Andrew mentioned he was using 900mAh. According to Google: mAh (milliampere-hour) measures a battery's total capacity, indicating how much charge it holds and how long it can power a device. A higher mAh generally means longer battery life (e.g., a 5,000mAh phone battery lasts longer than 3,000mAh). It's crucial for comparing portable device runtime, such as smartphones and power banks
  7. Recent discussion here
  8. Incorrect link that's your legion forum profile, not membership profile, have a read of the instructions in first post of this thread
  9. Not sure about current, but it was in the past.
  10. Can't say I've seen many use them. I've never needed one, so far I've had plenty of time to be able to stop for a break, it's just another thing to check when packing and dressing.
  11. There is always an option to modify to an external battery, I've been using mine for the last 7 years without issue.
  12. Hello and welcome to the forum, this thread is a definite must for the first time builder Hope to see a build thread from you soon
  13. You can email the legion web team [email protected]

  15. Welcome back trooper, appears you already had an EIB approval #200, that was some time ago As you will have another set of armor I would re-apply, more info here https://www.whitearmor.net/forum/forum/18-fisd-expert-infantry-badge-eib-requirements/ Information on EIB costume approval for same costume versions https://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/50897-multiple eib award-recipients-updated-2024/ You will need TK 501st access to post for EIB approval Good luck trooper
  16. Cheers Mark
  17. Some great info on the ESB troopers here https://web.archive.org/web/20250212032223/http://starwarshelmets.com/original-ESB-stormtrooper-armor-helmets.htm
  18. And not working again
  19. Hang in there trooper, we've just finished elections and I'm not sure if you have a current or new GML, they may be learning. Also part of the approval process has to be completed by legion command so it can take some additional time. All being well you'll hear something soon
  20. I would wire it that way. The item on the right is basically an amplifier, pretty similar to and Aker amp More info in @ukswrath thread Option 3) Hovi Tips with speakers, iComm with rechargeable battery, Push To Talk cable, Omni-directional Headset Microphone, Amplifier w/ rechargeable battery & wall charger (This latest version amplifier is now included in all my audio systems at no extra charge. The amplifier has the ability to also power my SHA (hearing aid, sold separately), reducing the battery supply footprint inside the helmet. Average Amplifier battery run time with connected SHA is roughly 8hrs+)
  21. Have you had an ipod / MP3 player connected up previously? Looking at @ukswrathsales thread I'm not seeing any extra connections (unless these are from another maker) If you are not using an amp I would think your Ipod would need a connection between it and the hovi speakers, a Y connector may work, unfortunately I've not personally used mic speakers before.
  22. You may need to use a Y piece to allow an MP3 and Mic to work with your mic spealers. Photos of your setup would be handy.
  23. I've not seen that locally so interested in seeing how you go. Like any paint it does take some time to work out how heavy or light you can spray as well as distance from the piece. As I've said previously I found auto acrylic really the easiest of all the paints I've tried, very forgiving but sure you can still get runs. I've painted 3 sets of armor and 1/2 dozen helmets without much issues. I would suggest cleaning the spray tip between spraying as well as shaking the cans, no matter how long you have shaken it before you begin. One paint I did try with my Mandalorian was the 2K clear, love this stuff, expensive and highly toxic and you need to use the whole spray can once activated but what a finish, gives a deep look and very glossy, it also has very little orange peel due to how it dries. Hope you have better luck this time
  24. Just a couple of things you could address. Helmet appears to be sitting high, you may want to see if you can adjust the padding, or tilt the helmet back so there is not as much black showing. Looks like your shoulder straps are not under your elastic straps in the rear photo, they should also be centered to teh backplate. Also shins are not quite closed Brow trim is on an angle You may notice your posterior is sticking out, I came up with a V tab system which reduces this, may be worth a try. With a heat gun or oven you bend strips of ABS plastic into the shape of a V, only glue one side and the other remains free to allow movement when you bend. Just helps stop the butt plate from pushing back from the back plate.
