  1. Very nice, troopers helping troopers
  2. Either works fine, I used the top method and have not had a problem. Try to keep glue away from the snaps as sometimes they can heat up and distort your armor
  3. I notched my ears to help them sit better
  4. Congrats and welcome to the ranks trooper
  5. Have a read through this thread
  6. Congrats and welcome to the ranks trooper
  7. Looking good, nice work
  8. I buy squirrel fans off ebay $2.50 each, $2 switch and I use two 3 x AA battery holders from cheap torches, the AA batteries last a lot longer than 9 volt batteries
  9. Congrats and welcome to the ranks
  10. I just used standard yellow foam, a round piece in the middle of the top and two small rectangle blocks, one on either side of my head to stop the bucket tilting. If you glue Velcro to the back of the foam, then in the lid you can take the pieces out for washing
  11. Looking forward to the progress, good luck with the build
  12. Awesome detail Tim, I think you will have to do a pipe build next with some electronics and lights
  13. Agreed, trim to the top of the ridge. Coming along nicely
  14. Coming along nicely, I had the same problem with mine, I tried to match them up, keep up the good work
  15. Try Steve http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/24805-hero-bubble-lenses-interest-thread/
  16. Looking good, bit worried about your thigh pack attachment, looks like you have used rivets, not cap heads. TD clips could be closer to the end caps. Also the centre cover on your belt seems to be sitting up off the belt. Lastly some bronze weathering on you scope would look great
  17. I love it when the excitement fades and the panic sets in "OMG what do I do with it now", don't forget RESEARCH and the old motto "measure twice, cut once"
  18. Who doesn't enjoy seeing a big brown box, good luck with the build
  19. Congrats Bobby and welcome to the ranks
  20. Congrats trooper and welcome to the ranks
