I was in the auto trade in the past and bought some letter and number stamps, they are steel so can be heated, these come in handy

Decided to get one on these Rebels Stormtrooper helmets a while ago, finally have some time to get started. Helmet has some nice details but it is pretty lumpy in places, it's going to need a lot of sanding. Started the mammoth task of sanding away all the lumps, 3 hours later it is ready to start trimming Bit more trimming Another all over sand with some 180grit sandpaper then it's time for some primer/filler

I'd thought of making my own ABS dog tags the same way

Looking good, don't trim too much of the back section around the bottom were the ears sit over, you can end up with a gap there and it can be hard to get the bottom screw to sit right

Pretty much the process of vac forming without removing the air, just heat up the abs, have a soft base to absorb what you are pushing out.

I have a pouch on the front of each leg, heaps of room behind my thighs so I sewed one on each side with a Velcro flap at the top

At least if it's just an add on kit we don't have to worry too much about finding another base. The white is a bit to get used to but nice to finally have some lights as cannon
