For some reason your images weren't showing up earlier. I would attach your shoulder straps before going any further, it can make a difference and then worry about gaps. Ideally they are glued on the front with the large ridge and 4 to 5 smaller ridges. You may very well need your ab to come up a little more and sit better under the chest plate (or chest to come down) may be your bracket system pushing the chest up, I don't use the bracket system I have adjustable elastic straps from the ab to the chest so I can adjust so it sits better.

Really depends on your height but the chest shouldn't float above your shoulders, you may find the bracket system may be too tight and won't allow the pieces to sit where they should, you may have to leave the brackets as non functioning and add additional strapping behind? From your ab/chest image it appears your chest should come down some. Images would help

Anovos helmets generally have a little too much paint around the teeth and some is seen on the gums, you may want to remove any excess Keep up the good work.

One wire runs down my arm to the blaster under the shirt and comes out at the wrist, the other end comes up out of the neck, then it runs down behind ab section, the other from the microphone also runs down behind the ab then they both go under the belt and then loop up to the back side of the pouch and go in through the corner of the flap, no holes and with the cables being black they are rarely seen. I just find this easier to use and allows access to the volume and on/off switch.

Adding some downward pressure to the cover strip and armor sections so it bows then wrapping tape around can help flatten stubborn areas.

Black stripes on right side look fine it is only the left which the angle does not look correct. Depending on your GML (garrison membership liaison) your tube stripes should be ok, it is not the thickness of the stirpes it is they are applied wrong, there should be more fall from the top at the front if you compare image below. BACK ///////// FRONT, yours are BACK \\\\\\\\\\\\\ FRONT Once again it is up to your GML in regards to tube strip width, they just appear wide in the images, 16mm width is closer to screen. Nice work, if the bottoms gaps are a little wide you can add some scrap abs behind. Never have enough magnets, clamps and tape
