  1. Love it! Awesome story, Nate. Welcome to the ranks! You deserve it, trooper.
  2. I think he means these. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Is that actually in the CRL? I don't remember seeing it.
  4. Welcome to the FISD, Garrett! As for the gloves, Home Depot sells plain, black rubber (or neoprene), long cuff gloves which are commonly used for OT TKs. Best part is that they are cheap. For ESB, you can go the silk or satin material route as well. Good luck on your build. Take your time - enjoy the ride!
  5. Congrats Daniel!! And... slow the "F" down. You are making the rest of us look bad. But really - nice work! And I would be remiss not to mention @CableGuy 's lovely review of your armour.
  6. For the snap - that is a sew-on snap that you can get from any fabric or hobby store (or Amazon). It looks like a #7 size - but you are best to measure it and google what size you need. As for the belt - I would try to find some Chicago Screws. You do not need any rivet-setting tools. All you need is a screw driver. Hope that helps. PS, congrats on the troop! It takes a couple of troops to work out the bugs.
  7. Looks great, Eric! Nice work!
  8. Don't worry about the loop. That part of the boot gets covered by the shin - although it is in the CRL pic, I'm pretty sure it is not needed.
  9. I have dealt with Teresa as a customer and I've had the privilege of meeting her a couple of times. If every member of the 501st had her enthusiasm and genuine love for all things TK and Star Wars, we would have an Imperial fan-utopia. From what I've observed, she really does love what she does and really does care deeply for the 501st. She is dedicated to getting other people involved in the 501st and ensuring that their experiences are good experiences. She is quick to compliment others and rarely mutters condemnation - if ever. I don't know Wyatt, and I have not dealt with him aside from ordering a patch - which I received without any issue. I saw his struggles with the "coin issue" and sympathized. But what I've seen in the last 24 hours is troubling. The sudden, fragmented and seemingly unfounded (or misdirected?) accusations and ranting are surprising to say the least - and certainly not in the spirit of the 501st.
  10. Glad I could help, Giles. Not that you really needed much. Great work and a good summary.
  11. It’s quick and dirty, but here you go. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. As usual, awesome work Daniel! And yes, what is next?
  13. Congratulations and welcome to the ranks, trooper!
  14. Congrats on your approval! And your troop!

  16. Looks good! Nice job! The only thing that popped out for me was the teeth in the straight-on shot of the helmet and the ears in the side shots. The frown looks lop-sided (teeth look longer on the right side of the helmet). And the ears look like the bottoms should be back a bit. Both of these observations could be just due to the angle of the picture. Are the cover strips on your biceps the same width as your forearms? Again, could just be the picture. Good luck with approval!
  17. Hey Dave. Quest Design (Etsy) in Ontario has a great E-11 if that is what you are looking for.
  18. Hi Paul. Welcome to the FISD. Try this link - everything you need to know to get started. Well, a lot of stuff you need to know. https://www.whitearmor.net/forum/forum/38-getting-started-read-this-first/ There is info on vendors and armor types.
  19. This looks great, Arthur! Nice work!
  20. Congrats trooper! Enjoy your troop!
  21. Belt looks good! As does the armour in general. Nice work!
