I've used the walmart voice amp a time or two. I like it better than the RS amp. It's a lot smaller too, removed from its box. I find it to be a very nice alternative to the RS amp. Cheaper too.

So have you gotten yourself a digital camera yet?

I can see that crap armor being used for an extra somewhere in a blury back shot. I bet they threw that armor in the dumpster when they were done with it

I use a hard hat liner. It lets my head breathe. I switched out the crappy forehead liner that they come with and sewed in a nice one.

Awesomenes! Mine should be here tomorrow. I've talked to a couple people about the "seam" and they didn't seem to be dissapointed. I bought two just in case they're hard to come by later. I got mine at ------------ The guy told me that there was only 2000 of them, however the star wars helmet archive states 4000. I heard that this helmet will be produced by http://www.efxcollectibles.com/ who now hold the licence that MR had.I also heard that most of MR's designers went to this company. Their site isn't running, but they have a cool pic.

TK409 makes a nice neckseal. I've seen more than a few. Quite a bit different construction than my own. I would have to say that his construction of the ribs is the best.

I just sold an underarmor to an adult shop that specializes in fantasy "adult" costumes. I wouldn't be purchasing any "used" underarmor you may find on ebay.

We were just talking about this at yesterdays armor party. Under the table in cold blood. or was greedo warm blooded? anyway, the story changes were to say the least, dissapointing. The new footage was cool, the dolby remix was astounding, but the whole theatre booed when Greedo shot first. What were you thinking George?

Kind of exciting actually. I've alway wondered if I would live to see the end of the world. Otherwise it would be like falling asleep before the movie is over. It's been a good movie. I hope there's a sequel.

At 40+ I don't get excited about much any more, so when I got into the 501st my wife was behind me 100% She was happy to see me with a new hobby, especially one that I can share with our two boys. When I first joined my local Garrison the members (at the time) wern't overly welcoming to the spouses, but that has really changed in the last couple of years. Now most of the wives show up to spot or just give suport. I think it's because we got a lot of new older/married members at one time. I even kicked around the idea of having a board group for all of Vaders Widdows. I think maybe the reason so many wives have trouble with trooping (besides $) is it's something new that takes the husband away from home; New friends that are suddenly important. I guess I'm lucky to have my wife. I can do prety uch anything I want.... except DragoCon.

Yeah. When snow gets on the lines all sorts of stuff can go wrong. Nevertheless the snow was wonderful before it all melted off.

That's the same pic on the box for the 12" figure. I scored the fathead at C4 of the same image. Notice the holster is backwards. I wonder why the blaster wasn't seen in the movie. It was in a lot of promo shoots.
