You're probably right, I suspect that they've burnt the people who would have kept them going had this been plan A.

TM uses a reasonably white ABS. He sent me a sample ESB hand guard set to compare to my Anovos armour and share the results with others. The Anovos is reasonably off white, where as the TM is more clean white. I don’t have any CFO to compare to sadly. Hope this is useful.

Your best bet is to speak to TM. He will know his armour better than anyone.

If you log on to the website you can change your email in the Settings panel. Click on your user name top right, then pick account settings.

If you can get some black non leather Chelsea boots you can for the old fashioned (and more accurate) route and paint them. I have no idea if this is something that exists but it would be what I’d do.

I've trooped my "custom" build doopydoo about 10/11 times now with no issues. It's been knocked a few times, kids have handled it a couple of times, but not dropped. I am sure if it was dropped it would be a sad day but I don't goof about to that point, I am a soldier of the Imperial Army after all!

You can also try Burkbench designs on Facebook. It’s the orignal owner of ISD, but he kept a few of the items he used to do when ISD changed hands.

The extreme directionality is a bonus in my mind. Helps to reduce feedback and sound leaking. Tramp was recommending this style on AliExpress. Note the ones he linked to were sold out and I found this in search. I've not personally tried it yet but I would like to as I have the other wireless type and it's driving me batty.

Coincidentally our Garrisons head armourer posted an E6000 use warning that specifically calls out Tetrachloroethylene as the issue, it even has a .gov.uk page about it https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/tetrachloroethylene-general-information-incident-management-and-toxicology

Just found out, that E6000 has been banned in the UK! RWA bulk buys from the UK distributer and was told that it's now banned, but they are making something new which will conform to regulations. I can't seem to find any details of the ban so not sure if it's a UK thing or EU thing. Hopefully the new blend of herbs and spices will be as good as the old one but getting E6000 here is awkward enough.
