Nice work so far Jessy, regarding the Ab, the movie armor has no seams at the sides (CRL requirement for standard FOTK), with a expandable seam in the rear underneath the thermal detonator. Closing up the side and opening the back should solve all your issues. Not exactly sure if you could do this with this armor (possible) but if could... Hey Dave looking great so far. If you haven't done so yet apply some fabric glue to the sew in snap stitching to help prevent them from unraveling, which they like to do over time.

The CRLs are fluid and currently under review. That said, if your build thread is in progress while the CRL is you shouldn't be denied approval at higher levels, so long as it's not well into next year when you finish, then it may be up for debate
