  1. Yep, what Snaps said, looks fabulous Tim good luck mate. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  2. That is a clean build, love it. Easy pass I think. The only minor change for me would be to drop the shins a little, it will stop your boots from popping out from under them. I used some industrial adhesive backed Velcro on mine to stop them riding up, worked a treat. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

  6. Hey Jared, go for it brother, Centurion is within your reach,. I to was uncertain, in fact stated here on the boards, no way will I cut the notches out. This CRL change occurred as I was building my AP armour. It got to that point in time, and I said, to hell with it, I want Centurion, so I cut em out, and glad I did. You won't regret it mate.. 8. Finally underway, awesome Tim, wish I had thought a little more when modding my kidney plate to include a slight return edge. Will be good to see that Centurion badge under your Avi. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  9. Hi guys, AM has plenty of extra material in the moulds, just helped a local member put one together. He is one big unit at 6'5"and very broad shoulders . Still needed to shim his mid section but he looks awesome, intimidating in fact. When all other TK,s have fallen, we bring out "Goliath" Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

  18. Hi Veeds My suggestions are only for cosmetic look if you intend to go for EIB and centurion, and would, cause you look great. Can you shorten the straps that connect your shoulder bells to the shoulder bridges so the bell basically touches the bridge. it seems you have a fair gap in your full front photo. I would also shorten your drop box straps, as per the higher level CRL, they should be touching or near touching the bottom of the ammo belt. Tolo is right, you should go for it, its within your grasp.
  19. Congratulations and welcome to Centurion rank. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  20. Congrats and welcome to your new position XO. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  21. You would be correct, the Hero helmet only had 6 teeth cut out and bubble lenses, where as the Stunt , 8 teeth and a flat lens material. Basically the Hero bucket was a cleaned up version, used in close up shots and the style that Luke and Han wore. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  22. Hans is correct, please don't cut the corners. The shins open from the back and will close with either Velcro or elastic and hooks, which is how they were done originally. Velcro is an easy option. When you put your rear cover strip on you can make it a little wider than the front strip. It is only glued to one side and Velcro attached to the other. Have a good look at a few of the build threads to see the different ways others have gone about this process. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  23. Lookin sharp mate. All the changes and mods you've done look great, and the color match looks perfect in the photos too. Well done.
