  1. Looking good, good luck with your application. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  2. I agree with Vern, specially if you are still not confident trimming with an exacto knife. Sand paper and files are a safer slower way to get were you are going. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  3. Looking good so far, keep up the good work, here to help. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  4. I am actually looking at changing my strapping a little, currently I can not fully suit up myself, and require help to unclip the shoulder bells. Also I will be making a wider more comfortable garter belt to hold up the thighs as my current belt is only 30mm wide. Will be making the new one 60-70mm wide and using Velcro to close it, as opposed to the webbing clips I currently have. Once the mods are done I will post them on the end of this build thread. 5. Phoenix Props have been working on the helmet for some time, but expect to see more from them, reall soon i'm guessing.

  8. My wife looked at me like I was deranged, as I had tears in my eyes, In fact I keep getting emotional every time I think about it and even as I type this. I feel like I am 8 years old again, am so excited to see old friends. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  9. Would you be referring to the extremely tall TK standing on the left, by any chance! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  10. Love the new Trailer Snow trooper in the back ground, Stormies with back packs, and holy sh!t, the new Tie pilot looks AWESOME, i am so excited, I had a tear in my eye watching that trailer, specially when Han says to Chewie, were home.
  11. I used a leather punch , started on the smallest setting first to make a hole and then moved to the largest setting. Left a fairly clean hole, and Chicargo's popped through nicely. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  12. Sorry to chime in so late on this. Have you got your forearms sorted out yet? As a suggestion, rather than shortening them any further, you could trim the scalloped section where you bend your arms. Just follow the curve and take out a few mm from there to allow you to bend freely. Also I would trim the back plate from the tabs at the top to shorten them and allow a closer fit to the tabs from the chest plate, then make other adjustment as necessary at the neck if even needed. It means you will have to shorten those shoulder elastic straps or make new ones. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

  25. Looking good so far, glad you spent the time re working elements of the helmet as it has turned out fantastic. Always use caution when trimming your arm and leg parts to fit. It is always better to trim to little, do a test fit, post photos etc, then trimming to much off on the first go. I can see you are chasing perfection, that's awesome, keep it up and with your attention to detail, go all the way to Centurion. Enjoying your build thread. [emoji3] Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
