  1. Hi Ricky, we are a little swamped with applications at the moment, but will be with you as quickly as we can. Looking good indeed. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  2. Hi Christine, we will be with you as soon as possible. Just thought I would mention that the cocking lever on your blaster is on backwards. It should curve towards the front of the blaster, where yours is currently curving towards the rear. You look great so I know you will want everything just perfect. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  3. Hi Kelvin, we are running a little behind with applications at the moment, but will be with you soon. In the meantime, I can give you the opportunity to fix the large gap between your shoulder bells and chest plate. If you could adjust and post up a new photo that would be great. Can you please also include a photo of the end of your blaster showing the D ring. Many thanks for your patience. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  4. Photo is fine. Can you please add the link to your EIB application in the top section of your thread.
  5. Hi Darren, my apologies it is taking a little longer than normal to get through the applications, but we have been a little swamped with them of late. I am going to give you the opportunity to change a couple of little things in your application while we catch up. 1. Could you please remove the white paint from the cod rivet and butt snaps. 2. Have a look at the photo of your front and back. Try and close up the gap between your Chest plate and shoulder bells, also in the back photo your looking a bit lop sided. Try and close up the gap appearing on the left side between back and kidney plate as you look at the photo. (perhaps its only the way you were standing, but maybe the strap on that side could be shortened). Have those photos retaken and post them up. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.
  6. G'day Rene and welcome to your EIB review. Thank you for your application so let get to it. CRL and EIB Application Requirements: All photos are present and your armor represents all necessary elements to qualify for EIB. With that we'd like to congratulate and welcome you to Expert Infantry! Very nice armour. . Other-Armor Fit/Assembly: Thank you also for the updated photos of your back kidney and butt plate alignment, yes it looks better than the original shots, well done. They only suggestion we can make is with the large gap between the bottom of your thighs and the top of your shins. Usually we are asking for thighs to be worn higher, but in your case may we suggest wearing them just a little bit lower to balance out the black areas showing. Centurion Suggestions: The ultimate accuracy of Centurion is up to the applicant, in this section we do our best to prepare you for the road to Centurion. Very tight build Rene, and a lovely paint job on the helmet. RS certainly do a great commission build and yours is no exception. The thigh adjustment above is a simple one and the armor fits you well so get that Centurion application submitted and we shall see you there soon. Again Congratulations Trooper
  7. Hi Rene, thanks for your application, we will be with you shortly.
  8. Nice work Mark Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  9. That's perfect mate thank you Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  10. Hi Taylor, we will be with you shortly. In the mean time, I see you are using a hearing system, is there any chance you could get some black paint or a sharpie pen into those tiny holes in the ears just to make them less visible? Good advice given on those shoulder bells too.
  11. Hey Brian, can you please post up an Action shot, we need it for the EIB records. Cheers
  12. Hi Brian, welcome to your EI review!! CRL and EIB Application Requirements: All required submission photos have been posted. Your armor displays all the necessary elements required for Expert Infantry. With pleasure, we would like to congratulate and welcome you to EIB!! Other-Armor Fit/Assembly: In this section we will summarize observations made by both us and you fellow troopers. Any suggestions made go towards improving the overall look of your armor and unless specifically stated, will not affect any applications. This is a clean build from top to bottom, and while we are on that subject, lets talk about your Butt plate! Butt Plate: Brian, to be honest, this is the only thing that stands out with your build. The but plate is popping out from the kidney right the way across. One reason why this can happen is having the canvas belt too tight, another is that the straps are a tad too long. I would say in your case, a simple shortening of the straps should reign it in. Centurion Suggestions: We can see clearly from your photos, you are gunning for Centurion, and there is certainly no reason why you should not apply. Fix the Butt plate retake the photo, and get that application in my friend. Another excellent clean build, Congratulations yet again on your Expert Infantry badge!
  13. Welcome to your Centurion review Jeff, lets get to it!! CRL and Centurion Application Requirements: All the required photos have been posted. Your armor contains all the necessary requirements needed to earn the Centurion badge. Congratulations!! Other-Armor Assembly: Short and sweet, with nothing more to add. Everything is in order good sir, once again congratulations Centurion, continue to make your garrison proud.
  14. Hey Anzo, thanks for submitting an application for EI, lets have a look at your armor!! CRL and EIB Application Requirements: All submission photos have been posted. Your armor displays all the necessary elements to qualify for EIB. Welcome to Expert Infantry trooper! Other-Armor Fit/Assembly: In this section, we review suggestions made by your fellow troopers and our own observations. All go towards improving the final look of your armor. If there is anything that would affect a future Centurion application it will be mentioned in that section at the bottom. Thank you Aaron for the little upgrades that make a big difference to the final look of your armor. You have done a fantastic job on this build. Tony and I are impressed with the caliber of quality builds that are passing over our desk tops in recent months, yours is no exception. The overall fit and your attention to detail is excellent, with only a few very minor things to keep an eye on. Shoulder Bell fitment: Although your shoulder bells are correctly attached, and I can tell they would be touching the bridges, they are pulling the white elastic out from underneath them. Perhaps rotate the bells forward a touch to close up the gap and reduce the amount of under suit showing. Back to Kidney plate connection: Also perhaps shortening the straps between your back and kidney plate will stop this area from opening up as it has in some of your photos. Sniper plate catching: Just watch that your sniper plate doesn't get caught under the thigh. A piece of foam placed in the rear of the thigh armor will pull it back out of the way and prevent it catching. Alternatively you could wear your thighs a bit higher so they are positioned out of the way of the plate. Blaster: With such great armor, I believe some minor weathering would really bring that E11 to life, remember, less is more when it comes to weathering. Centurion Suggestions: The ultimate accuracy of Centurion is up to the Trooper. We do try and highlight as much as possible, anything that would affect a future application, but we both find it hard to find things out of place.
  15. I fixed the title for you Aaron, we are looking at your armor as I type this. Please stand by.
  16. Hey Jaren!!, welcome to your EI review, time to take a look. CRL and EIB Application Requirements: All requested photos are present and your armor meets all the requirements set out for EI, with that we would like to congratulate you on achieving Expert Infantry rank!! Great job Jaren. Other-Armor Fit/Assembly: In this section we discuss observations made by your fellow troopers, as well as our own. Not much to find fault with as this is another quality build, we thank you for keeping it easy for us. All we have is a few strap adjustments to get you looking your best . Shoulder Bells: This one comes up very consistently, so for the benefit of others that may be reading this review, and considering the higher levels of EI and Centurion, I am going to state it here. Tony and myself like to see the top of the shoulder bell virtually if not touching the plastic shoulder bridges, as they are in the movie. For you Jaren, its an easy fix of shortening the top straps. It also helps to close up the gap between the bell and the front of the chest plate, otherwise try to also rotate them a little more forward so there is less black area showing. Centurion Suggestions: This section is where we prepare you for Centurion. We do try to pick up on as much as possible to help get you underway. You are looking pretty sharp, so all we have for you is to paint the Knee pack attachment rivets white. Make sure you include a clear shot of the kidney notches, and all other photos as per the check list You should be very proud of this lovely build and so will your fellow troopers be, to have you marching with them. Again we congratulate you sir, please report for duty
  17. Here's one for you Jaren, scratch the white paint off your cod rivet A handy hint from your friendly neighborhood DO's
  18. Great idea, just be mindful, that cheap Li ion batteries are unreliable and have been known to just catch fire. Avoid the cheaply Chinese versions. When they catch fire they accelerate to an extreme temp very rapidly, and that is not what you need to happen while wearing a helmet. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    Rogue One

They even stuffed with the thermal Det, what is the practical change for range of movement with that. I am super excited for the movie, but at the same time disappointed that they are not utilising a more original form of the TK armour. End of the day, it's still Star Wars and we all love that. 20. Yep, they have bone it before and looks like they may do it again and again. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  21. Thanks for the update on the photos, will be with you soon.
  22. Hey Dave, just want to let you know the cocking bolt is mounted backwards on your E 11. Should curve the other way.
  23. Hey Jaren, looking good, we will be with you as soon as possible. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
