Welcome trooper! Other-Armor Fit/Assembly: In this section we review observations made by your fellow troopers and ourselves. Some observations may lead to suggestions to improve the overall look of your armor. If any suggestion affects any application, it will be listed separately in the above or below sections. Thank you for posting up the correction photos, you look much better now, perhaps shorten the straps between the back and kidney in the center to try and bring the gap down a bit. The knee ammo pack should be mounted in line with the top of the ridge and not really protrude above it. Also the rivet should be a little closer to the edge. Really the only way to fix this is to drill a knew hole in the knee pack and fill the old hole in with ABS paste, sand and polish it. This is an accuracy thing more than anything and is a suggestion to gt you looking the best you can We will also require a photo of both sides of this knee pack in a Centurion application Butt Plate: This is popping out and up over the bottom of the Kidney plate. which might just be a photo problem, but if it persists, you can try and shorten the outer most straps to keep it closer to your body. Centurion Suggestions: As per CRL For level three certification (if applicable): No return edge on the inside of the front of the forearm is allowed. You still have some return edge that can be taken out in the area indicated. We also require a photo of this end with both fore arm pieces so we can see that there is no return edge left on either. Reference Image showing no return edge. Only other suggestion based on what we can see in your photos is make sure you close up those side gaps between the Ab and Kidney plates, they are close enough for Expert Infantry but need to be completely closed for level 3. You have done an excellent job with your armour, and only a couple of minor things to sort out. Make sure you follow the Centurion CRL carefully and post up all the required photos in a Centurion application. Again Congratulations and we hope to see a Centurion app from you in the future

CRL and EIB Application Requirements: All submission photos are present however there is something we will require you address before we can award you the EI badge. As per the CRL for level 2 EI for ESB, there shall be no or minimal overlap of the kidney plate to the back plate. The back plate should sit right on top of the kidney plate. Reference Image original armour There are two possibilities here. 1. You could shorten the shoulder straps, so the back plate sits higher up and reduces or eliminates the overlap. 2. Lower the Ab and kidney plate, or even a little bit of both 1 and 2. Once you have had a play around please post up a new rear and side photo and we can continue with your review. We would like to congratulate and welcome you to Expert Infantry. Great job! Other-Armor Fit/Assembly: In this section we'll discuss observations made by us that are suggestions to improve the overall final look of your armor. If these suggestions would affect your application, they will be mentioned in the below section.w Originally we had a few areas that could have used a little TLC, but since you have taken the tougher route of loosing some weight, your armour fits you much better, and you are to be commended for that. We see the gap where the S trim doesn't meet at the back of your helmet. May we suggest moving that around to the front under the chin where it wont be seen, creating a tidier finish to that beautiful helmet. Centurion Suggestions: In this section Ukswrath and myself or your fellow troopers may suggest required or recommended repairs prior to applying for the Centurion level however, the accuracy is ultimately up to the trooper. The only area here is to get those side gaps between your AB and kidney plate, virtually non existent. At the rate you are loosing weight you will be there in no time. Alternatively you could make some small side shims, but honestly, keep doing what you are doing. Make sure you follow the level 3 CRL carefully to get those little elements spot on and using the photo check list and get all the required shots posted up in one hit. Looks good. Are you using Photobucket to upload the images? Also have a suggestion for you, but this won't effect your EI app. The sniper plate should align with the ridge at the top of your shin, yours is sitting at the bottom of it. Almost there, but you also need to take it out of the ridge area completely. (Ridge area is the extended part wher the dimples run down the fore arm) we can still see you have some material there. I am on iPad at the moment but if you have a look in the photo references we have in the top bar on the web page, you can find photos of the return edges completely removed. Thanks brother. The only thing I could suggest is to bring the top of the shoulder bells in to touch the bridges. Shortening the straps will have it done in no time. Reference Image Centurion Suggestions: Although I try to spot everything that might affect a Centurion application, the ultimate accuracy is up to the trooper. I cant find anything to add here, except follow the Centurion photo guide and we expect to see you in Centurion review soon. Congratulations once again.

If you are running 5 v fans or 12v for that matter, try and get the lowest amperage you can. .06 amp is good for fans speed and run time. Many of them state .1-.3 amp. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Other-Armor Fit/Assembly: In this section we review observations if any, made by your fellow troopers and ourselves. Some observations may lead to suggestions to improve the overall look of your armor. If any suggestion affects any application, it will be listed separately in the above or below sections. Well well, a very nice build here indeed, we do have a few things to cover off, but none of them are major issues and some really just nice finishing touches. Overall its a great fit and well balanced, but you are having a small issue with the Butt plate popping out at either end. Your strapping positions look good and are close to the return edges, which leads me to believe that some heat bending might do the trick.Many use the hot water bath option as its gentle and takes a bit of time with less chance of failure like exists when using a heat gun. The center strap[ might be too tight as you can see in the images the plate is out and over the bottom of the Kidney plate. Keep an eye on the back plate overlapping the top of the kidney as well, in this case we think it is only a photo issue, but worth a brief mention so you look your best. Centurion Suggestions: Because Centurion photos show much more detail than EIB, items pertaining to Centurion might be seen there and not here. We try to point out all we can from what is seen but the final accuracy is the responsibility of the trooper. This is also where we try and get you in the best possible position for a successful Centurion application. I will start with some things that need attention and finish with suggested changes. Looking at your rear photo, we see that the shin closure cover strips are too long. They need to finish at the base of the top ridge and not proceed onto it, and by the looks of it, this should be an easy and quick fix for you. Secondly, the rear thigh cover strips should be the same width as the shins, approximately 20 - 30 mm width. Yours look much wider and have a taper that increases with width as you reach the top. These will need some work for Centurion. Reference image of back of shin Reference image, back of thigh First of all if you hand painted this helmet, you have done an extraordinary job, so I am hoping you used decals for the tube stripes. These are generally a pencil width away from the cheeks, and we do allow a little wiggle room here but these push the boundary. We have asked some to fix this on the Anovos kits if they get out of hand, so if these are in fact decals, it would be great if you could re align them or even get a new set and try to space them evenly and closer to the cheeks. This is a suggestion, not a must fix. Another suggestion is to replace the Philips head screws with some slotted screws which are screen accurate, this should be an easy one and is one of those nice finishing touches.
