  8. March to 1000 update and announcement. We are steadily approaching the big number, and actually even closer than any of us had realised. In a process of due diligence gmrhodes13 (Glen) spent many hours starting from EI approval 1, yep ground zero checking all the approved numbers. Well to his surprise he actually found two members that had been approved and not issued an approval number. The DO's, Glen and myself have been in discussion and done extra checks to verify Glens findings and he is absolutely correct. The two members who had been simply labeled as Approved, will now be given the next 2 numbers of approval taking us that little bit closer to 1000. Mark "humperdingle" TK22700 originally approved September 13th 2016. Approved (985) Daphne "Athenall" TK62317 originally approved October 7th 2016. Approved (986) We are officially now at 14 to go!
  9. That's great news Chris!
  10. Hi Alvin and welcome. definitely get a build thread up and running, also check out the First order battle group section for stacks of info. https://www.whitearmor.net/forum/forum/218-first-order-battle-group/
  11. Welcome to your new home Steve, I'm sure you are going to love it here.
  12. I think you should dock some material from both sides of the Ab plate first then resize before removing any from the back plate. AP armour used to be quite small around the middle, if you take a look at mine, I didn't need to remove any material and i am thin. Mark re-worked his moulds a couple of years back to make some parts bigger to suit a wider array of body sizes as well as making a few accuracy corrections. He certainly extended the sides of the Ab plate so you can remove an inch either side of that. It is good to have some room to move in your armour from a comfort aspect and the gap can be taken up with the strategic positioning of a few pieces of foam so it doesn't move around too much.
  13. Looking good Ryan
  14. Welcome to FISD Wolf, look forward to you becoming a TK.
  15. Hi Kaitlin and welcome to FISD. You got this, no problem at all.
  16. 100% as Glen mentioned, the Dave M decals are great.
  17. Big Brown Box that typically your armour arrives in
  18. Hi Dylan, you are in for a wonderful journey and a ton of fun, welcome to FISD
  19. One reason could very well be a small amount of mould release was still present on the surface of the armour, This is a silicon bases spray and can definitely prevent glue from bonding to an area.
  20. Congratulations Anthony and welcome to the Legion sir
  21. Keep up the good work Shawn
  22. Wow, looking sharp there Anthony. just watch your sniper plate doesn't get caught behind your thigh at the front. If it looks like it might a small piece of foam in the back bottom part of the thigh will pull it back out of the way. Good luck sir.
  23. Great to see you are under way Monica.
