  1. Really depends on what is clicking, could be some of the abs rubbing against each other, sniper or ammo plate catching, foam may help. I'd try putting on one side at time and see if you can find which is making the noise.
  2. I normally use either a drill and start small and work up to larger bits or a Dremel for some areas. Take your time and keep the piece held tightly as the drill bit can bite and catch on occasion.
  3. Hello and welcome aboard good luck with the build
  4. I believe that was one of the scenes cut, before the roof was about to collapse in Maz Kanata's castle. There was also another clip showing some troopers coming down the stairs to the underground tunnel.
  5. Look very similar to a Sandtrooper shoulder pouch, perhaps in a different material. I have made pouches in the past, may look into more if there is enough interest. I have not found any other reference photos apart from that figure so far.
  6. I find it is easier to remove and does not leave a sticky residue
  7. When I need to carry them with my OT TK I have pouches attached with Velcro to the insides of my thighs, but generally I keep them locked in my case. My FO TK has pouches so it's not a problem
  8. I had a member here with the same problem, the stock was the problem and the rest of the weapon seemed ok, I ended up replacing his stock for him and repainting. After 6 months I thought his original stock would have dried properly and gave it another repaint, but no same problem just ended up as sticky once again, I think it is something in the actual resin which reacts with the paint.
  9. for some reason the links merged, I've edited them, try again
  10. I used some info from these threads for my builds (my links in signature): http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/10540-howto-build-a-e-11-from-scratch-v10/ http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/16705-the-best-sterling-templates-ever/ http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/18232-zerorooms-e-11-scratch-build-very-pic-heavy/
  11. I tried the same sort of setup, also hovi speakers, lots of feedback with both. In the end I find it clearer and easier to just use an aker amp, only have to run the microphone down to the amp, nothing in the helmet except fans.
  12. Great How Too here http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/tutorials/article/48-posting-images-in-threads-2015/
  13. Have you signed up on your local forum? Florida Garrison is here http://www.fl501st.com/boards/
  14. Nothing better than a big brown box
  15. Link working on my laptop, Windows 10 and IE 11
  16. Hello and welcome aboard
  17. I'm not aware of anyone having one of their commercial helmets approved as yet. You only need to be an approved member to purchase the kit from Anovos. Any one can get a FO trooper approved, member or not.
  18. Similar to what I have but I use snaps instead of velco
  19. There was someone looking at supplying a black version TFA Stormtrooper a while ago but I believe had to remove his sale thread due to pressure. This figure is the only one I have seen so far, no photos or other reference, which is a shame.
  20. I know a few female troopers that have fit right into armor without any mods
  21. I've not seen anyone as yet, but I am awaiting the arrival of my plastic helmet and will need one myself, I'll let you know how I go with making one.
