  1. I'm lucky I am about the right size for the ATA so I used the minimum cover strips. There is no maximum size allowed for cover strips but usually if you need to go bigger then try to keep the fronts at normal size and increase the rear cover strips
  2. Ahhh another big brown box, don't worry there are those around to help you when you need it, remember measure twice and cut once
  3. I love the fact that you have just about the same amount of weathering on your hands lol
  4. Time for some quick mods, added a speaker jack to the underside of the blaster and now it can be hooked up to the Aker, our squad is getting very loud . Also while I had it open I decided to add a selector switch and some blue led's to go from stun (blue) to kill (red) more for fun
  5. Either works fine, I used the top method and have not had a problem. Try to keep glue away from the snaps as sometimes they can heat up and distort your armor
  6. I notched my ears to help them sit better
  7. Awesome work guys and girls, loving the photo's, thanks for sharing
  8. I buy squirrel fans off ebay $2.50 each, $2 switch and I use two 3 x AA battery holders from cheap torches, the AA batteries last a lot longer than 9 volt batteries
  9. I just used standard yellow foam, a round piece in the middle of the top and two small rectangle blocks, one on either side of my head to stop the bucket tilting. If you glue Velcro to the back of the foam, then in the lid you can take the pieces out for washing
  10. Looking forward to the progress, good luck with the build
  11. Awesome stuff boys and girls, well done everyone, too be sure, too be sure
  12. Awesome detail Tim, I think you will have to do a pipe build next with some electronics and lights
  13. Agreed, trim to the top of the ridge. Coming along nicely
  14. Coming along nicely, I had the same problem with mine, I tried to match them up, keep up the good work
