    There's a few different ways to add sound, from the high end it would be an arduino build, down to a $5 toy blaster, both work well it just depends how screen like you want it to sound. For lights the arduino allows quite a nice bank of lights, also a graph for ammunition level, at the cheap and easy end you can just add a high bright LED, one side comes from the battery the other goes to the switch. A nice trick it to fit an output jack to your speaker so you can run a cable to your amp, really pumps out the sound

    Looking good Ian, there's nothing wrong with a basic blaster, lots of guys prefer them for trooper, lighter to hold all day and less can go wrong if it's dropped

    His tube stripes are back to front and too low down on his cheeks lol. Sniper plate looks more like a clones, no paint on buttons, no cover strips. Anyone else seeing a Stormtrooper/Clone mash up?

    I use a dremel, or should I say a cheaper branded one, makes sanding down edges and corners a breeze

    Trim as required to fit your head in as Steve has said. You may want to paint black in the inside of your bucket if the opening ends up being really large, this way you won't notice the white as much and will help to disguise your head . Looking good so far

    I have two ATA buckets and went Dave M decals on both, they look at fit great
