  1. EVENT: Star Wars Lego Event LOCATION: Rockingham Navy Club DATE: Saturday 20th July 2019 TIME: 12pm to 1.30pm LANDSCAPE/WEATHER: indoors TROOPERS: TK85421 - gmrhodes13 - Q TK59226 - Jerry - jezzapm ID91064 - Daryl - Torpedo WRANGLERS: Marie and Liz REPORT: Well arrived at the navy club at 11.30 am to find Glen, Liz, Jerry and Marie already in the car park, a hello and quick chat then time to venture into the venue to meet the organizer, who then showed us to the change room. Well what a change room full of old navy stuff, time to dress into our exotic star wars costume, me an Imperial Officer and Glen and Jerry Stormtroopers then a little wait for the clock to hit 12pm. Then it was time to venture out into the unknown to a big crowd of 6 kids and some parents, then it was photo time with R2D2 and some kids, I think some of the parents were more excited to see us some of the kids were a little shy but most of them were good, more kids and parents started to arrive, so the hall was starting to fill with little ones, Jerry went out side to scout the ground and shoot some of them little creatures, I think he was shooting them on stun because them little creatures were still running around, a few more photos and then it was time to pack up get dressed and go home, another troop done and dusted. CHARITY: INJURIES: NONE ARMOR REPAIRS: NONE HAPPY PEOPLE: Kids and Parents UNHAPPY PEOPLE: NONE MISSION STATUS: complete REPORT BY: Daryl
  2. Great advice to anyone building, keep checking those references, great work
  3. Hello and welcome aboard, good luck with the research, looking forward to seeing a build thread from you in the not too distant future
  4. You may want to message the author as this thread is from 2009, also the author has not been on the forum since November 2018
  5. E6000 will come off just by rubbing your thumb across with a little pressure, it for difficult bits use some compound polish and rag, normally takes care of it
  6. Cant go past R2Dan's, perfect fit and fully functional. I've not seen any templates for the holster but some 3D files are available on Etsy if you do a search.
  7. Length of rail is in the diagram in that thread and the bends.
  8. Looking forward to seeing the progress pics, sounds like you are well on the way.
  9. I have sat in mine, although my chest won't do that, I just don't do it often as it will eventually break. And Han wouldn't have given a toss as he stole it an didn't cost him hundreds of $'s
  10. Some images you may find helpful in this thread https://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/5529-attaching-hengstler-to-e-11/ Another nice build https://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/26191-doopydoos-e11-blaster-kit-build/ Lots of other build in the blaster section
  11. That is entirely up to the DO's (deployment officers) Good luck with approval
  12. Nice work, you could have angled the helmet strip a little more on an angle, also goes over the corner of the eye, but you should be ok for basic approval. Just on my way out so I will have a look over the rest when I get back.
  13. Nice work. Some use the Humbrol No5 for the TD tube, I used grey primer and clear coated. Helmet and ab paint Correct tube stripe orientation Screws will work and just paint them black. Good luck with the build
  14. Nice work trooper, congratulations, now get out there and get a bit of dirt on you
  15. Hello and welcome aboard, posting a thread in the build sections is a good way of receiving feedback, so you know you are on the right track Good luck with the build
  16. If you have a close look at some areas you can see the overlaps, pieces behind others
