Have you thought of adding a speaker jack so you can run a cable up your arm to and amp, I found this solves the problem of using quiet small speakers. I do this will all of my weapons, really stands out at a noisy convention

You can't see the walls in my bedroom due to the amount of suitcases and helmet bags, there's also a shelving system with 3 x 3D printers, I don't have much room to move Coming to the conclusion I may need to start culling soon and look at selling a few costumes, I just don't wear them all as much as I should.

The more and more I print and the worse my arthritis in my hands is getting I'm realizing I have to suck it up with the print times and go for finer prints, less initial work, less sanding, normally 3 coats of spray putty (primer filler you guys call it) and a sand wet with 240grit and most prints are done. Very rare I need to use blade putty but having to wait 2 or 3 times longer for prints really sucks, hope we see some cheaper large resin printers in the not too distant future, those things will reduce the work. Well done once again

Plate will be fine, you could trim a little off the pipe length if you really wanted but you can just leave it as is, from the CRL The total length is approximately 7.50" (190.5mm). When ever possible we try to supply accurate references, some of these measurements though are generalized for the CRL's

The holes are fine as they are for now, it's just my OCD

Does look like it's not quite in the right spot, almost looks like the bottom of the ear has been twisted

Looking good, holes could be closer to the end of the brackets but not a deal breaker for basic approval , also don't round of the corners

If you do need to modify the sides, some of us use heat guns for shaping ABS plastic BUT this comes after A LOT of practice, ABS plastic can go from soft to molten mess in the blink of an eye. Some have had success shaping pieces with a hot water bath A few threads on heating armor

I use separate battery packs and only use one fan at a time, even on a 39deg C day one fan was enough, as long as your screen doesn't fog and you can feel air across your face you are set. As for noise I have my fans in front of the ears, you can hear some hum from the fans more so when fully charged. I prefer a separate battery pack for two reasons, one having one fan is enough for me and two you have a reserve just in case your first fan runs out of juice, this can happen at long troops.

I find with most makes that you have to apply a little heat to the shin closure to get them to sit a little flatter.

Great news on receiving your BBB looking great, just swap that holster over to your other side It's one of those things with commission builds, they are not always perfect fit the first time, it's better to have slightly larger than too small. Removing coverstrips then trimming down your thighs and perhaps your shins will fit you better. Many of us skinny folk still need some foam in places, you can't always trim completely to your frame as pieces would then look too small. I have foam behind my chest, in my thighs and forearms. Bit hard to tell without a full arms down front image but appears your shoulder bells may be a little large too. A few tweaks and you'll be approved in not time.
