I would velcro anything that you might feel the need to loosen or "open up" to put on or remove. If it doesn't slide on easy, you might want to velcro one side.

You could try using the sanding attachment for a dremel or something similar. I would check the AP/TE Forums on here or the "OMG Rebuild" thread for hints.

I would think we would see kind of a TK-Clone hybrid falling somewhere between the two or maybe he actually will show the progression of Clone to TK. I would really like something closer to ANH where it really is just an action adventure story with more of the classic "go here, save this person, stop that person, blow this up, stop the bad guys" type of feel than the more psychological political feel of the PT.

You should be able to find contact info for all the major armor makers on here. I would say to avoid buying a suit off of the 'bay, they are almost always overpriced. No way is an FX suit worth $1000.

I just finished getting the sound system into my helmet today. Here are some pics of what I have put in. Albeit this is in my FX helmet, but I am running the sound through a set of Stomper's great Hovi speakers. It's still a little quick and dirty, but it's all contained and works. Messy, but gives you an idea---------------- The amp for my voice unit fits quite nicely in the "corner" under the ears, and the battery pack is in the back.

I bought lenses off of Kevin, they are great! Very dark so no one can inside. You can see out good. I've had flash photography within a few feet of my face and you can't see anything.

If I could ask a few stupid questions... The difference between "Stormtroopers must have" and "Stormtroopers should have" means that "must" is what is the minimum requirement for Legion acceptance is and "should" is what is highly recommended but wont bar you membership at this time? How do these standards effect existing members? Do you think there should be any mention of TKs not using pauldrons? Because it is still prevalent at many events.

Wow! The more I see of Clone stuff, the more afraid of it I become. I'm just glad I didn't try for a clone on the first try.

Sounds like a good idea to me. It'd be interesting to get someone who could train other members so that it could spread throughout the Legion. Maybe have a marching training class at a major con or something.
