Hooray for more RT-MOD troopers!
I suggest doing the coverstrip method for your biceps but use E-6000 so you can take them apart later. RT biceps are indeed pretty huge. I had to trim mine down.
Keep us posted on your progress

You live in Hawaii. A long sleeve black rash guard is what you're looking for. Start calling surf shops. I bet T&C at Ward Warehouse is a good start. They're pretty big.

Ahem. The Centurion CRL is about to be amended based on voting done last year. If you want to see whats likely going to be changed check out the detachment only discussion area and the votes of yore. I have approval from the LMO to make the changes and its just a matter of me making some time (of which is hardly commodity these days) to sit down and edit them on the 501st site. The CFLs are seemingly immutable on longer (yes I'll need help with the french translations again... please)
And no holster tab width is not one of the changes we voted on. Maybe in 2014.
Bender: Your kit looks better than 98% of the legion. This is a model that everyone in an FX should follow and the very reason Paul created EIB in the first place. Your EIB and Centurion are well deserved in my opinion.

The parts should be washed throughly before gluing and painting but they don't need to be sanded. Most of us use a rattle can of primer made for plastics before hitting it with black paint.

Whatever happens enjoy the build while you're doing it. It's sorta like your kids growing up, when they're older you'll miss the time when they were a cute baby. I wanted to do another one as soon as I was done with mine
