Target sells (cheaper than under armor) compression suit type clothing made by Champion.
Leisure Pro has all black lycra scuba jumpsuits on sale for $32 but you may need to cover up the logo on the chest.

This seems like an AP epidemic An outpost mate had the same thing happen. Others have posted about this too of late.
I thought maybe epoxying some light fiberglass cloth.... or even actual cloth... on the underside of the should bridge would help keep it solid. But then again I thought of it because I have access to lots of epoxy and glass.

I once had a working theory that it always failed during the same part of the hour... but I don't think that's true. It was having to do with the timing of indexing etc.

The drop box outside edge should line up with the end of the belt (hopefully that makes sense)
It's tough to make any more recommendations until you get your strapping done.

Ouch. CA glue. Bummer.
I guess you could score the less visible cover strip down the center and split it. Then you could glue in a wider inside strip inside the forearm. Depending on how mich much extra ABS you have carefully create a cosmetic shim between the halves of the split outside cover strip. Maybe some high grit sanded ABS paste would hide the two seams?
We highly suggest you use E-6000 from now on just in case it doesn't come out the way you thought it would.

I highly suggest getting rid of the vocoder decal and hand painting it yourself. Other than that the RT bucket is pretty good to go.

David,
Do a google or amazon search for tactical helmet padding or MICH pads. Or you could go to a sporting goods store and either buy pads for a baseball helmet.... but some folks buy a cheap kids baseball helmet and rip out the pads.
