If the final product is "too sharp", how long until someone takes a heat gun to it to soften the edges?

I don't see that ANYWHERE in my documents, nor on the web site. So they are using your money interest free for 9 or 10 months then charge you a fee issue a refund? This deal gets worse and worse all the time.

I suspect there were quite a few orders in the 4 days before celebration. The email went out April 12th announcing the TK.

Many armor makers do. I'm not saying it's right. That said.... mtk and kwd usually don't take payment until they are ready to ship.
