  1. Sean... I dig your attention to the details and sticking with the sometimes ornery RT-MOD Also... even after approval.. and EIB... the list is never completed. But that's half the fun. Rock on my RT brother. -Eric
  2. Yay for coverstrips on RT-MOD -Eric
  3. Keep at it trooper. Thanks for your patience and hard work at looking your best -Eric
  4. Well... the stunts are the most common and has the most reference material behind it.... but some people really really heart the look of the black frown ESB and clamshell handguards.. and others like the look of an ewok thumped ROTJ with all the rubber around the armor edges and the squished helmet. Totally personal preference. Me? I'm an ANH guy bigtime.... I like the look of the stunt the best... and my RT-MOD helmet looks better as a stunt rather than a hero. I admit... I've had days where I wish I had my holster on the right side though. Aloha, -Eric
  5. Done. Congrats to Pete, Billy, Steve, Gary and Kev on their FISD Achievement Award. Aloha, -Eric
  6. Sept 2013 All, At the suggestion of our founder am I proud to give the Celebration Europe II Ralph Mcquarrie troopers each a FISD Achievement Award for their amazing accomplishment. Pete Brebner - TK-2165 (stukatrooper) Billy Haggis - TK-1650 (Billhag) Steve Weir - TK-7270 (SW1) Gary Hailes - TK-2739 (89batman) Kevin Weir - TK-812 (kwdesigns) This is Billy and Pete's second award for their contributions to FISD. ----------------- Beyond the fact that KW captured the utter essence of the concept trooper, he did so in an amazingly short time frame. His first post was in January of this year and 7 months later KW and the UKG debuted his armor at CEII. There are few people around that could sculpt and pull sets a new armor design that quickly. The UKG's incredible skill and dedication allowed them to assemble and fit the armor in record time as well. For those that haven't been following the RMQ thread here on FISD, Gary was recently cleared as the first concept trooper in the Legion. Congrats guys and thank you for sharing your hard work and passion. -Eric

  13. While the CRL isn't specific about hero blasters.... we love when people go overboard for Centurion The more details and effort you put in, the easier it is to approve your Centurion. Good luck trooper. Aloha, -Eric
  14. Good choice on the Scootch bucket. Good luck on your build. Let us know if there's any help you need. Aloha, -Eric
  15. You could go a little more on the teeth. I like mine nice and square... and chicletesque. Here is some hero teeth reference for you: Aloha, -Eric
  16. Hey Vince.... whatever you use just make them as short as possible. It may be easier for us to judge if you're wearing your undersuit top as well. That way everything lies flat against your body. -Eric
  17. A year? This means that people aren't holding enough armor parties. -Eric
  18. Nicely done trooper. Congrats on another excellent RT-MOD EIB -Eric
  19. Ok. Only admin and staff can now post in that forum. -Eric
  20. Weird. The boxes are smaller and differently spaced on the lower belt. They should be the same for TK and TD. Oh Supertrooper....? -Eric
  21. I'm not sure I would cut the top of your kidney until you cut the butt off (ha). It looks like you have room to move the back plate up instead of cutting the top of the kidney. If you take a photo of your combined butt/kidney, as Trevor mentioned, one of us can draw a line. I would also suggest adding the black elastic in the shoulder bells that go around the biceps. Aloha, -Eric
