    you can apply gloss model paints to the vocoder/traps with a brush to get an nice glossy look, here is a color guide------you dont need to paint the whole helmet as AP is already glossy ABS so wet sanding is not necessary

    yes you can use existing base armor but for instance if you are going ANH/ESB you would need 2 helmets, and change blaster details/ holster positions ext... to match the base crl and eib requirements but if going say ROTJ or TKC/ICN you would need new armor and helmets

    i used hockey helmet pads, i loved the looks and its super comfy..

    i agree, not sure if it is possible.. it is easy to make a signature link to a eib profile page though. example.. click my eib signature (thanks for the idea pat )

    finehed up the detailing, added a new rangefinder with imperial crosshairs and a spec sheet dimensions details are carved wood and plastic, weight is about 4-5 lbs new scope more shots with detailing kit taken apart

    i was, but it is going to the UK (lights and sounds are not permitted there) the next one will have a new sound circuit i am working on

    this is my first build of this kind, i will better document the next time i make one (now that i have the scale and most of the details pinned. if you need any tips on making one just LMK i made this template for the barrel vents ill post up more specs when i get a chance...

    google ester foam it is used for sound insulation and packing crates also sears and lowes carry black foam floor mats ---------

    very clean build i cant see anything missing, i would add rivets on the ab/kidney for the final touch but it not a necessity approved! nice work trooper
