Hi Caleb, Great work mate! your wife is an artist For your consideration about the Cut-out notches at the bottom of right and left sides of the Kidney Armor for Level 3. CRL states they are optional but: If present, each notch is approximately 22 mm tall and the back of the notch ideally is aligned with the front edges of the Posterior Armor plate.. It looks like in your case could be just an alignment and center issue, mainly in your left side, but you may want to check this out. Pura Vida!

My son is 14 years old and He has a Jawa costume , He's is a Galactic Academy cadet and for some events, (Not all) I have asked our Garrison CO for an authorization an he granted for Trooping with no problem. You may want to ask to your local CO . And Yes, the FOTK armor build looks intimidating but as you have confirmed, FISD is plenty of info and help.

You could do a test, not glued, with a piece of scrap and see the result with out trimming the one of 20mm

For Biceps and forearms cover strip they are 15 mm.

Hola Dani, Yo voy a estar a cargo de tu solicitud. Antes de poder continuar es necesario que hagas un ajuste a tu casco, este es un requisito de nivel básico pero que vemos muy a menudo en EIB. y es la pintura de los "dientes", el CRL indica que no debe salirse del area de estos como puedes ver en la foto de referencia. Es un ajuste rápido y fácil, solamente usas un palillo de dientes con algún removedor de pintura (que no sea Acetona porque se come el plastico) y listo. This is a basic level requirement This is an easy fix, just a few minutes with some mineral spirits or paint remover (non acetone) and a toothpick should do the work. Yes, this section of the armor is usually challenging, great way to "attack" , I would suggest to leave it dry at least 48 hours instead of 24. Keep on doing a great work mate!!!
