  1. Hi Ryan, just remove the top return edges . I would like to recommend to take a couple of minutes to read the following post About Return Edges i'm sure it'll be so useful. About your question about outside thigh, could you post some photo please? It would be better to be clear about the issue. Cheers.
  2. looking good mate!! As suggested in the 101 thread, you are right, and this will avoid the chafe when moving. About the inner clothes, for you to have an idea, what I have seen in the forum is the following recommendations : https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07HXPKQDK/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_3?smid=A2Q6XV9HQ2RH17&psc=1 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07ML2YRPF/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_4?smid=A2Q6XV9HQ2RH17&psc=1 Cheers
  3. Great Alex. Thanks for your high speed response !!
  4. Hi Jonathan, great to know you're going make the fix. What I did las time in a case like this was to : 1-remove old rivets both sides (ab/kidney) 2-glue a small piece of ABS behind the old hole. 3-fill with abs 4- sand to smooth surface 5- apply automotive polish wax 6-measure the new rivets location and mark down 7- drill the new holes 8-place the rivets 9-mark the new rivets position from AB to Kidney , drill and place them. NOTE: I highly recommend to make the Ab side first. About your Kidney flat /level top, If It was my case, I would try to reshape the return edge a bit either with hot bath or and iron tool. Hope this can help to have an idea of what to do. Cheers

  7. Super fast response !!! thank you Alex. and great job on that fix ! Before we can "move you along", sir, we need you to do a small fix that should take less than 5 minutes of sanding ! As you can see there's still a raised area of return edge that need to be removed for a more screen accurate look. Reference images Thank you for your patience.
  8. Looks great Jonathan, in my opinion leave it as it, actually it is not noticeable and it would be covered by the holster. i would wait till the final test with all the armor.
  9. Congratulations Trooper, just a few fixes and Go for the next goal !!! Centurion .

  11. Yes Rob, as Glen pointed , don't trim or made any change till you have tested with boots. At the end you can trim the bottom section, (never the top), of the shins . Cheers
