    That should be it then- bummer...but might work out in the end if you curve it as you said #fingers#crossed

    For that ANH-look the bicep should be low. If you can sort out the back plate overlap the "wings" will fall in line

    Measured mine and box is 9cm and total 15cm wide.

    Might be you have a bigger box then as you said you checked on the unaltered RS suit but I’m sure it’s fine to slightly curve the box

    Well I will go against the current and say it’s not necessary unless you try to put it on with a stabbing motion. To me that it doesen’t look good - buuuut totally up to everyone to decide for themselves

    Like Tony said, your teeth look fine and in fact, the more roughed they are the better for that gnarly ANH look - close up of the teeth of the RS helmet (screen used, striped of paint) Keep upp the good work
