  1. Ahhh...there´s a tremor in the Force....
  2. Great work powering through those distractions but….what about those hanguards hue?
  3. Great job! Welcome to the Legion Trooper
  4. Hi You are in the right place - you got the whole community standing by
  5. Nice work
  6. Troopermaster - you find him here or on FB
  7. The checklist needs to be updated to reflect the requirements in the CRL OPTIONAL Level two certification (if applicable): Thigh ammo belt is attached to thigh with a solid head rivet, painted white, in the upper corner and fastened to the lower thigh ridge. The rivets used shall be single cap, double cap or split rivets. No pop rivets allowed. OPTIONAL Level two certification (if applicable): Sniper knee plate must be aligned with the ridges on the shin. For ANH/ESB style armor: Sniper knee plate must not have visible rivets or fasteners attaching it to the shin. For ROTJ armor: Sniper Knee plate shall have one "pop" style rivet, painted white and located in the center of the lower part of the ridge.
  8. It´s an RS Prop masters helmet, the way I know is due to this little bump over the eye - nice display piece
  9. Helmet cut-lines look good and as for the forearms, trim all the return on the wrist end before sizing, it’s way more comfortable and as a bonus a Centurion requriment
  10. Only if you want to - has no bearing on approval well unless something looks too off that is
  11. Great news
  12. Hey Pascal You will find out when you size the bells with the torso, there should idealy be minimal gap (Centurion) between the bells and the chest/back and the top of the bell should be touching the shoulder bridge . When trimming the bells note that the originals were trimmed at a curve and not straight Pics from Lucas archives for the Court case with SDS. Original to the left Original to the right Just some Trooper-motivation
  13. Alot of TK awesomeness can be found here https://www.whitearmor.net/forum/gallery/category/7-general-stormtrooper-reference/
  14. Like Sarah said, check how it looks with the torso and also, the original bells were trimmed with a curve and not straight which will help getting the bells closer to the chest and back. Bell from the Lucas archives taken for the court case with SDS Original to the left. Original to the right.
  15. Hey Here´s a great place to find out all about the Field pack
  16. Regarding the thigh cover strips - here´s how they should look (Lucas archives)
  17. Just chiming in that this is no longer the case in current CRL I totally agree on that the boots look much better with "wear and tear" though
  18. Not if you are an approved Stormtrooper, your info says 501st member, maybe it got missed but just make a new request and that sorts it
  19. To protect the paint when handling the helmet, to see if the shine got reduced which is did and I have the notion that the white (if I paint) will adhere less making the scratching easier although I now have some masking gum Really liking it too, so much so I might just leave it and get another helmet for this build
  20. After some layers of flat clear coat had time to cure I test-assambled the helmet and now I´m not sure if I wan´t to paint it or use it as a display Like the originals I placed the seam of the s-trim in the back.
  21. Awesome - good luck on your build
  22. Nice start on the build Although I´m not that familiar with this kit I would remove all of the flashing on the top and sides of the shoulderbells and also remove about half of what`s left on the cod area, at a minimum the flashing that`s still there. I was looking at the armor in the CRL and the parts don´t seem to be trimmed as they should, bicep and forearms in particular has flashing that would be rather uncomfortable….but as I said no expert on this kit. Just shared some thoughts - keep it up
