  1. Awesome! Let the build begin
  2. Looking very sharp there Pascal
  3. Very nice work indeed - can´t wait to see a suit-up
  4. What he ^^ said
  5. You also need suprisingly little glue, I used loctite and it didn´t stick well, then when thinking how to get them to stick I suddenly remembered Mike from Trooper mentioning on his Zap-a-gap glue "use sparingly"so I just used way less and that did the trick
  6. Hey Lars Like others said, thank you for your EIB application Just wanted to let you know that I’ll will fire up the computer and get to work on it
  7. Looking good
  8. That’s the spirit Trooper
  9. Hi Aaron I have started on your application and we hit a snag on the helmet and more particularly on the frown. As per CRL: Frown is painted gray and does not leave the teeth area. Anovos has had some history with over spray and it´s clear yours do to. So in order to be able to continue and get you that EI badge I need you to remove the overspray and post a new pic when you are ready. But fear not, some mineral spirits, a tootpick, cotton swab or any other weapon of choice should have this cleand up in no time. As a bonus you have to option to give the frown some extra TLC for that gnarly ANH-look, the painting and trimming of the teeth on the screen helmets was far from prestine and in my opinion that added to the look we all love, I´m providing some reference to help you decide on how you want it to look - if you wonder anything, please don´t hesitate to ask
  10. Hey Aaron I will be doing your EIB review and yes please, I would like to see the inside fixings - thanks
  11. Congratulations and welcome to Expert Infantry Lou - next up Centurion
  12. Hi again Good news your app is in review so just hang in there
  13. We will be with you shortly - hang in there
  14. Hey Lou There´s a change in the D.O staff after the election so there might be some transistion time but I will look into if someone is assigned to this particular review, hang in there and we will be with you as soon as possible
  15. Here’s a great example of how one can weather a TK and be Centurion approved
  16. I have a solution for that - that´s your husbands job now that you`re building armor for him That´s the spirit Trooper - you can DO IT
  17. Looking good Matt
  18. Sorry to hear about your accident but glad to hear you`re on the mend and back on your build
  19. Well on my outing with the TD I held the T-21 like this alot and in this relaxed state of the arm it´s not heavy at all But if it does get heavy here´s another way and still look badass - I think
  20. I Think this looks hard to do
  21. Congratulations and welcome to FISD
  22. Hey Sergio Idealy the halves are equal, goes for all the limbs, as the coverstrip should be in the center. However it´s all about the look so you might be fine, hard to say for certain based on this one pic but ultimately it´s up to your GML. I would recommend that you trim of all the return edges on the wrist end, not only will it be more comfortable sliding your hand through but it will make the forearms less bulky, no one want Pop Eye forearms and as a bonus it´s Centurion ready One more suggestion would be to start your on build thread here that way you can keep it all in one place and it´s helps others help you Screen used for reference
  23. Nice progress
  24. Here´s some screen used armor for reference And just some Trooper-motivation
