  1. Most kits can be made/altered for short people. Follow Ron's advice and contact the makers and ask them. They will know their own armor and who can fit in it pretty well.
  2. What kind of glue is it (if you can identify it of course )? And you will need a new helmet to be approved a member as that FX helmets are no longer being accepted. Good luck!
  3. Yeah, you'll need to work with a RotJ style bucket.
  4. Make sure that the colour of the plastic matches before you buy any sheets!
  5. Dang! These are beautiful!
  6. I guess we all have to build RotJs now.
  7. A thread on the RPF that died that I was following, but it showed real promise. http://www.therpf.com/showthread.php?t=263354&p=4023846#post4023846
  8. I would say yes, but only for a specifically built RotJ trooper. Likely though this will require a new CRL, as that this is not based off from the movie. I'm not exactly sure how it would be implemented.
  9. Here's a great thread if you are going to DIY route. http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/23579-dying-a-pair-of-bass-amsterdam-black-boots-for-tktd/?hl=boots
  10. I also saw this shared over at MEPD. There are some nice detailed photos here. https://www.flickr.com/photos/17366316@N04/25427529176/in/photostream/ Start there and then use the right arrow. 11. Yes!! I am planning on building this pack in the future, I have yet to see anyone build it yet. A shock trooper ain't complete without it.
  12. Wow! Hopefully that will work. My DD charging handle could use something like this.
  13. Shawn.
  14. I love the tool. When are you getting your armor?
  15. During my build I never used my dremel, did everything with hand tools (besides a drill for holes). If you have a dremel you should be plently fine.
  16. As of now you need staff to do it for you.
  17. This is coming along quickly!
  18. I love these! Keep going!
  19. ----------- Not the best photo :/ But you see my DD and my buddy's Hyperfirm (modded with lens+wire) Hopefully you can get better pics.
  20. Usually the B grades have slight (when I say slight, I mean slight) issues. Like tiny bubbles that formed while casting. I don't have one, but many in my garrison do and without looking really close at it you won't see any issues. I really recommend it though. I have a Hyperfirm DLT and it is great. My resin E-11, though really accurate, has the potential to break a lot easier than the Hyperfirm, which if dropped will just bounce. I'll try to find a photo for you, or you could just ask Lewis (slavefire) for a pic.
  21. Impressive! What programs are you using?
  22. I agree with Tony, this should last you a while.
