  1. I have CAP copied TE shoulder bells, and the knee is a TE2 copied per my arrangement with him.
  2. On a side note there is a 5 page discussion about ATA armor going on here: http://forum.whitearmor.net/index.php?show...80&start=80
  3. Looks like it's going to be an amazing suit when your done.
  4. A little foam on the inside of the shin armor should take care of the problem.
  5. Don't use the H2O, it'll run all over the place.
  6. It's cool, you just have to watch it on a little TV so you can't spot the details.
  7. Looks awesome Paul, nice work.
  8. You can get it at Michaels, Jo Ann's, and now even Wal-mart in the craft area, not the glue and caulk row.
  9. Took a little digging but here you go:---------
  10. Congrats Joey .
  11. EIB status granted. Please report to deck 3 for assignment to the Enperor's honour guard (yes it looks that good).
  12. The armor looks great. Need to see that there aren't any side gaps.
  13. You butt joint with the strip over the seam on the biceps, forearms, shin fronts and thighs.
  14. I believe the CAP mic tips are modified copies of the AA/SDS tips.
  15. Nicely done Pete. All I can add to what everyone else has posted is; It's about time .
  16. Trooping all say Saturday at a library kids day. 3 sessions, 700 kids, and the 501st all sounds like a good time to me. Not trooping Sunday as it's Fathers day, but Saturday will be my fourth troop this month.
  17. Fuzzy usually happens when you either hold the can too far away or paint in extremely dry conditions. What causes it is the paint starts to dry in the air before it hits the paint surface. The little beads could be a couple things. Most new painters spray to heavy, but if your in the 1% that sprays to light you can get little beads where you are not getting enough paint on the surface. Their are a few others, but you wouldn't get a fuzz effect with them. The good news is you can wetsand with 400 grit auto sandpaper and try again.
  18. Is it little beads, or fuzzy like?
  19. Well knowing Thomas, a game code to get an accessory will never fly for Legion standards.
  20. It's also like that on all the special edition stormtroopers, it's because Lucas wanted it that way. I don't think it's because of a modeler, it was probably like that on the references LFL provided.
  21. Congrats bro, you earned it.
  22. Also keep in mind ABS helmets are also just as thin. My AP (ABS) was thinner than any TE2/TE/CAP/or TM I've seen. No matter who the maker is a face plate will always have thin spots.
  23. Mike, Since this is a 501st forum, TK number screen names are reserved for the members they belong to. You can change your screen name under the "my controls' link that the top of every screen. Look under "Personal Profile" and the bottom option is "Change Display Name". Thanks
  24. PM me your address and I'll send the holster. You should be able to get everything else in the same box too.
  25. The obvious thing is that the HWT is a clean TK. BTW nice clone too.
