  1. Offtopic: I'm still hoping for a DVD quality release of the origional trilogy pre-special edition. Back on topic: Anyone heard what the next SW titles are going to be?
  2. Too bad "Imperial Commando" was just a rumor or at best a scraped early stage project. I'd love it if they did come out with it though.
  3. Quick question, the guys in my garrison who have the RT said to buy it preassembled. This is comming from a couple guys who have assembled many sets of armor, and tried the kit RT. Does this seem to be the consensus from the masses?
  4. All the Lucasarts DOS games that they reissued for windows 95 are incompatable with Windows XP. There is info galore about it on the Lucas Arts website, but there are no plans to fix the problem .
  5. My earliest memory was playing ESB on my atari 2600. My favorite game would be either TIE Fighter (not compatable with XP ), or Galactic Battlegrounds. Lately I've been on a Battlefront kick though.
  6. It wasn't my idea, thats the way one of the ebay sellers advertises it. If you want to go the shoulder sling, look into shoulder sings made for the MP5-k. They should work well, and to save a couple bucks look at airsoft rigs over police/military supply sites.
  7. You could always wear a left handed holster on the right and crossdraw.
  8. How loud are those blower fans compared to the standard 20mm computer fan?
  9. On a 5 mile march it'll be sweat as long as you pace your intake.
  10. But 16 people really isn't a fair sampling. But when I get my armor in a few months it'll be RT-Mod, but I'm not voting untill I get it.
  11. Here is the quick rundown: ANH is what you see most places: gray mouth, thin lined helmet details and the "normal" hand armor. ESB were reused ANH sets with: black frown, thicker lined helmet details (and they used stickers), and the snowtrooper hand guards. ROTJ used recast ESB armor (hence the softness of the edges) with the bottom chest trim added, different button configuration, and a resculpted helmet many have nicknamed droopy or the bulldog helmet. One tidbit, the ROTJ stormtroopers are technically ANH cannon now. All the CG stormtroopers that were added in the ANH special edition are ROTJ troopers. Please feel free to add anything I've missed, or anything I've misreported.
  12. Probably because he is from/in Canada. As far as I know the other major TK armor makers are in the US.
  13. Don't forget about the RT-MOD bucket. It's a bit cheaper than the AP or TE helmets and almost as accurate.
  14. Here is a guy that sells them. Unfortunatly he just posted on his site that he isn't shipping international at the moment. Maybe you can contact a garrison leader in the UK to buy them and ship them to you, although Dac 2nd probably won't happen. ------------ Good Luck
  15. I'm not a police officer, but I work with them, and used to be a criminal investigator. Sadly I'm not a TK yet .
  16. You may want into getting a comfortable pair of comfortable boots and dye them white. Tandy leather carries the white dye and sealer. The screen used boots should be very comfortable. They are Jodphur model 1095 and painted white. Jodphur is a british boot company that makes horse riding boots. They still make Stormtrooper style boots but the now all have frige and doo-dads for adult sizes For anyone doing kids TK oufits they still make them in kids sizes, and are readily avialable on ebay.
  17. Keep checking the link. Deatails are starting to get posted.
  18. God I wish, but unfortunately no. I have an RPF accont if anyone needs me to shoot the guy a question.
  19. For anyone who missed it check out this bucket: ---------- Post #5
