  1. Dan I would concur that the tab you pointed out on the chest side is indeed a trim line. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  2. I will totally side with Dan on the chest having plenty that can still be trimmed. It seems there is at least a good 1/4" or more there. Hard to tell with the kidney piece though. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  3. I would suggest adding a backing piece and then filling with abs paste, sanding and then novus. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  4. So far as the return edge it isn't required anywhere, but barring having to shorten it yeah. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  5. True. Well I can set that up sometime soon. I need to work out the getting rid of the Anovos decals and getting those repainted. Make an adjustment to my neck seal I think too. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  6. Keep in mind that the ab section is not a straight line or centered. The ab boxes for the buttons should be slight off center. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  7. Can in just use the same photos I did for my EIB with the added Centurion photos? Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  8. Their mostly just a suggestion for the pencil width, but I believe the DO staff prefer them in that distance. If you notice that width is not included into the CRL and therefore just a suggestion and preferred placement. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  9. Hahahaha! Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  10. Absolutely wait for them. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  11. That's what I remember reading about most of the FO basic level requirements Daniel. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  12. Hi Selena I don't own them, but they do appear to have all the approvable qualities. It also seems from the photo that there is no seam running down the front so they should be okay for higher levels if you choose to try for them.
  13. Thanks and yeah I will eventually swap it out. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  14. Looking good Mason. A curios question though. When you say "Rigging something to keep the shins riding up." what do you mean? Also it seems your right thigh is high and catching at your butt plate perhaps adjusting it may help in your movement. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  15. Thanks Joseph and yeah I did plan of eventually switching over to painted details instead of decals. I thought the fixes were more suggestions, but have made the adjustments and fixes. So look for that PM. Yeah I've just been procrastinating on the hand painting Daniel. Yes Dan someone mentioned tube stripes. Hahahaha!
  16. Making some adjustments and fixes for my Centurion application. Replaced snaps on the butt plate and strap, added some of the Anovos supplied velcro to tighten up a couple of spots, made further mods to the belt by adding a small scrap of abs to stiffen up near the holster (no photo as it is gluing) and did some touch up paint on the vocoder. 17. Congrats and welcome to the club Jim. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  18. Congrats Rob! Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  19. All those are fine for EIB. However if you plan to go for Centurion you will have to redo the tube stripes. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  20. Good news. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  21. So I have a question if all other fixes have been made but I haven't adjusted my tube stripes would I be able to clear centurion or do they to be fixed prior? Just a curiosity is all. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  22. Like Dan said you shouldn't have to paint, so long as you used scraps from your kit it should be a perfect match. After sanding just polish and it should be good. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  23. If you're using the 20mm cover strip on the front you should be trimming to 10mm per side so the cover strip lines up as close to ridge ledge as possible. The rear will only be fixed on one side and should be marked at the 12.5mm splitting the difference of the 25mm for the back. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  24. Question is this for the armor itself or the bucket and why would you need to paint it? Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  25. I will also suggest removing all the return edge before gluing. Measure, fit, measure, shape, measure rinse and repeat. I say this because if you until after to trim the return edge it will change the fit. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
