  1. Yes there is a right side up on the kidney, the side with the notches goes down. Though brackets are what was used onscreen it doesn't matter for approval at any level. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  2. Hahahaha! I laugh but that is truly sad. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  3. Just one of the theories I've come across. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  4. So on the topic of the TD or thermal detonator is that the tube itself is just a container to hold several detonators. Henceforth why the term TD was applied to them. The idea of it being an O2 canister would lead one to believe there should be hoses attached like the tie pilots. So my two pennies. Now carry onward young trooper and looking good. 5. Yes it is Glen, that somehow slipped passed me. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  6. Yeah you can never have too many clamps or magnets. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  7. Yeah it is a slow process with E-6000. Best advice clamps, magnets, clamps, painters tape, clamps. Wait 24-48 hours and release the clamps, magnets and tape. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  8. Hopefully, but it shouldn't be to hard to fix. Depending of course on what you glued it with. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  9. Looks good. Though the left drop box looks as if it over too far. It should line up like the right one just at the edge of the plastic belt. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  10. Congrats and welcome! The shins really should be fitted with your boots and any fittings should be done with your undersuit. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  11. Yeah this is the first time I've heard this about a WTF helmet. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  12. Most use the Anker 1605, but really any personal amplifier will work. Sent from my 5054N using Tapatalk
  13. Covering bases Glen. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  14. Congrats brother. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  15. Not as far as I understand it. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  16. Adding shims Tony. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  17. The rear seam is on the TKBoots as well. I don't see why these wouldn't be Centurion approvable. There could be something I'm missing, but they seem to fit the CRL's. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  18. I would say definitely good for basic even EIB. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  19. Interesting, perhaps they are just included now? Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  20. I just used a regular brush and did a couple of thin coats. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  21. On padding some use the liners, others use foam stars and others like me use the tactical pads. Like these here--------
  22. Firstly the return edge isn't required anywhere. Though tapering the existing return edge down woul be good to prevent scratching, stabbing and tearing up I or your undersuit. The notch I can't recall if it is required, I want to say it is but need to double check the CRL's on it. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  23. I thought they still did. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  24. I can only say it is more expensive in the long run because of repainting, but is actually totally screen accurate. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
  25. So from where you have your tape measure in 7.5mm on each and that will give you the combined 15mm for your cover strip. Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
